We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager with a strong Data Science and Analytics background to own and lead data driven solutions.
In this role, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of data and analytics products that support our Marketing, Growth, and Acquisition teams. You will operate at the intersection of business, analytics, data science, and AI, translating marketing challenges and business questions into scalable data products, clear KPIs, and measurement frameworks that improve acquisition efficiency, ROI, and long-term revenue growth.
You will lead cross-departmental initiatives, partner closely with Marketing leaders, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analytics teams, and Product Managers, and ensure that advanced modeling, analytics, and AI capabilities are deeply embedded into day-to-day marketing decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Data Product Ownership
Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Marketing Data Science and Analytics products
Align initiatives with business goals such as acquisition efficiency, ROI optimization, revenue growth, and funnel performance.
Act as the single point of ownership for marketing-related data, analytics, and data science products across teams.
Define data requirements, metrics, and success criteria for new initiatives, including identifying gaps in existing data.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to design scalable data pipelines, data models, and semantic layers that support analytics, experimentation, and advanced modeling.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, scalability, data maturity, and clarity of success metrics.
Business Analytics, Data Science & AI-Driven Marketing Optimization
Define and own the business logic behind marketing KPIs, ensuring clear, consistent, and trusted metrics across teams.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand what needs to be measured, why and how.
Lead data science, analytics, and AI initiatives that optimize marketing performance
Own and evolve core marketing models including attribution, MMM, LTV prediction.
Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for models, experiments, and AI-driven decisions.
Drive experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, geo-experiments, uplift modeling) to continuously improve performance and decision quality.
Design and deploy AI-powered and agentic solutions to automate and scale marketing workflows such as budget allocation, campaign optimization, and creative testing.
Ensure solutions are production-ready, measurable, explainable, and actionable for business stakeholders.
Translate complex model outputs into clear, trusted insights for business users.

As a Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping product strategy and business decisions by turning complex data into actionable insights. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams to build scalable analytics solutions, define success metrics, and uncover opportunities that drive impact across our platform

What youll do:

Own the analytics domain for key products and strategic initiatives.
Analyze large-scale operational and product datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using modern BI tools.
Develop automated data pipelines and analytical workflows using Python and Airflow.
Partner closely with Product Managers to define KPIs, measure success, and support product decision-making.
Work with customer-facing teams to provide insights and occasionally participate in customer discussions and presentations.
Build internal tools and processes that improve data accessibility and operational efficiency.
Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code) to accelerate analysis, automation, and development workflows.
Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior Fraud Analyst to serve as the technical cornerstone of our Fraud Prevention team.

In this role, you won't be managing a team; youll be managing the technical evolution of our fraud defenses. Reporting directly to the Fraud Prevention Director, you will act as a high-level individual contributor, bridging the gap between data science, engineering, and risk strategy. You will be responsible for pioneering the use of AI and advanced analytics to protect our community and ensure our platform remains the safest place for independent businesses to grow.

Here are a few of the things you'll do:

Technical Strategy & Architecture: Partner with the Fraud Prevention Director to define the long-term technical roadmap, moving us toward an AI-first, autonomous fraud detection ecosystem.

AI & LLM Integration: Design and implement Generative AI agents and LLM-powered workflows to automate complex forensic investigations, reducing the time-to-detect for emerging fraud vectors.

Advanced Detection Modeling: Develop and prototype sophisticated ML models and graph-based heuristics to identify collusion, synthetic identities, and fraud rings.

Cross-Functional Technical Lead: Serve as the primary technical consultant to Product and Engineering, ensuring that new payment features (like RTP or international expansion) are built with scalable, AI-driven safeguards from day one.

Expert Forensics: Act as an escalation point on high-stakes, large-scale fraud attacks, utilizing advanced Python and network analytics to deconstruct and mitigate threats.

Data Excellence: Set the standard for the fraud teams technical stack. You will optimize our SQL/Python environments and ensure our data infrastructure is capable of supporting real-time AI inference.

As a Security Data Analyst within our R&D team, you will shape how we understand data, uncover trends, and drive strategic decisions across . Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will turn complex datasets into actionable insights that directly influence our business growth and product direction.
