B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

12+ years of experience in system software, firmware, embedded systems, platform management, or networking systems.

Strong background in SW/FW architecture for complex systems.

Deep understanding of firmware, embedded software, Linux, BMC, host interfaces, and system-level debug.

Experience with protocols or technologies such as PLDM, MCTP, NC-SI, PCIe, I2C, USB, CMIS, Ethernet, InfiniBand, or NVLink.

Strong communication skills and experience writing architecture documents, specifications, and technical proposals.


Ways to stand out from the crowd:
