Must-Haves



5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
1+ year of experience in QA automation or a similar automation-focused role.
Comfortable with hands-on product testing as part of the role.
Basic to good programming skills in at least one language, such as TypeScript or Python.
Experience writing and maintaining automated tests using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Experience with API testing tools and methodologies.
Experience testing frontend-heavy applications.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, bug lifecycle, and release processes.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate, reproduce, and clearly communicate issues.

4+ years of experience in QA automation for backend systems.
2+ years of hands-on experience testing and automating Kafka-based architectures and REST APIs.
Proficiency with Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong skills in TypeScript (preferred), or Python / Java.
Solid understanding of API testing, microservices architecture, and asynchronous systems.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for edge cases, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements:
4+ years of QA experience in both automation and manual testing, including 2+ years in manual testing of complex web applications across multiple platforms for customer-facing products.
Hands-on experience writing automated tests in Testim.io and Playwright
Experience testing APIs and creating/running API automation tests using code or tools such as Postman.
Familiarity with QA methodologies and writing test documentation
Experience with DevTools (Console, Network)
Experience with databases(SQL)
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and the client-server model.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on the bigger picture
Excellent analytics, problem-solving and debugging skills.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a QA automation engineer
Strong coding skills, experience in one of the following (or equivalent) languages - TypeScript / Python
Understanding of AI concepts and the broader ecosystem, with a focus on how to utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) for testing process efficiency
Experience with cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, etc
Experience with CSPs such as GCP (advantage), AWS
Experience with UI/Web automation testing - Playwright (Advantage) or similar
Experience with designing, developing, and implementing test/applicative frameworks from scratch

Solid experience testing REST APIs and validating third-party integrations

7+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or architecture-owning role - Must

Proven experience designing an automation framework from the ground up or leading a major re-architecture - Must
Experience automating complex multi-tenant or highly configurable platforms, including test design for per-tenant configuration and data isolation
Strong API-level testing experience, including mocking/stubbing of external services
Lead incorporation of agentic capabilities and work method
Practical experience owning CI/CD automation integration (GitHub Actions or Jenkins)
Mentor the automation engineers and raise the technical bar of the team: own code review standards for the automation codebase, run reviews, and grow depth through pairing and direct feedback
