Job Description/Preferred Qualifications :
We are seeking a highly motivated Global operations Planner to join our Supply Chain organization.
This role is responsible for the daily monitoring and execution of parts support to build our new tools.
The Planner serves as the single point of orchestration for urgent needs, driving end to end execution across planning, logistics, and supply teams to support Tools OTD and minimize lost impact. The role requires balancing speed, accuracy, and system integrity while operating in a fast paced, global, and cross functional environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Track, monitor, and initiate parts movements to support Tools build and urgent needs
- Operate in a cross functional, global environment, coordinating with multiple organizations
- Collaborate closely with Planning, MS, Logistics to ensure alignment and rapid execution
- Analyze and publish KPIs and supply chain metrics to management using Excel and BI tools
- Identify trends and gaps in the process and initiate continuous process improvements to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness

Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Industrial management and Engineering.
- 2+ years of relevant experience working in a global or cross-regional environment, experience in capital equipment company is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- High proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across multiple disciplines in parallel.
- Proven ability to multitask and operate effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to undertake intensive, hands on operational work.
- Preferred Qualifications.
- Experience in supply chain / operations.
- Experience working with BI tools (Power BI or similar).
