* At least 5 years of experience in RF testing, integration, or ATE development.
* Strong hands-on experience with RF TEST equipment (Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, etc.).
* Experience in radar systems - a major plus.
* Experience with Boundary Scan, JTAG, and ICT - an advantage.
* Solid analytical skills and the ability to solve multidisciplinary integration challenges.

Open minded and flexible with high self-teaching skills
Team player who can matrix manage
Fluent in English - speaking, writing, reading.
Knowledge & experience in SATCOM systems - Advantage.
Knowledge in servo and control algorithms, mechanical design, RF communication and RT software - Advantage.

Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in managing a team of at least 5-6 engineers - Must.
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development, specifically for hardware/ system control.
* Strong technical background in RF systems and practical experience with RF hardware/ TEST equipment.
* Proven experience in driver development and working with hardware interfaces (Ethernet, TCP/IP, etc.).
*  system -oriented thinker with the ability to troubleshoot complex multidisciplinary failures.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in writing technical documentation and TEST plans.

Experience in working with communication products, Embedded, HW, RF systems

Ability to understand complex IoT systems and quickly grasp new technical concepts with focus on challenges ahead and alternative comparison

Experience of working in complex multidisciplinary projects that requires a high level of technical know-how

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering or a similar role.
Proficiency in system design and architecture development.
Experience with communication protocols and technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience and skills:
Electronics Engineer. 3+ years of board design. Proven experience in complex work with multilayer boards.
Knowledge and experience with digital circuits and interfaces, Memories interfaces, Microprocessors, DSP.
Knowledge and experience with analog circuits, DC/DC, ADC, amplifiers.
High knowledge of Layout design considerations, power planes, critical circuits, noise filtering, and crosstalk avoidance techniques.
Experience in circuit trouble shooting and bring-up working together with SW teams.
Modeling and simulation experience.
Understanding of EMI / EMC concepts.
Ability to understand product requirements and industry standards demands.
Ability to write specification documents, technical reports, design verification documents.
Good knowledge of Schematic design tools (Orcad preferred, not exclusive), very good handling of Office environment; Wide knowledge of lab equipment.

Excellent teamwork skills and ability to interface with various levels of technicians, engineers, suppliers and manufacturing.
Ability to work under pressure with high sense of responsibility and strong commitment to due dates.
Highly organized, able to work independently with limited supervision, including working with and supervising external subcontractors (mechanical, layout designers).
