Proactively identify and execute cost-saving opportunities through rightsizing, optimized scaling strategies, lifecycle management, and architectural improvements without impacting performance or velocity.
Collaborate with R&D and DevOps to evaluate the cost-impact of architectural decisions, ensuring "cost-by-design" is a core part of our infrastructure evolution.
Design and maintain granular visibility into cloud spend, transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform relevant teams and empower them to take ownership of their usage.
Take ownership of cost operations across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, establishing consistent tagging policies, automated guardrails, and governance frameworks.
Manage and optimize our portfolio of RIs, Savings Plans, and Spot instances to maximize our cloud ROI.

This role blends classic SRE ownership with pragmatic AI SRE work: you will build and operate the platforms, automation, observability, and incident response practices that keep our company reliable, while helping teams use AI solutions, AI providers, and their APIs safely and dependably.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not a research role. You will partner with product, platform, data, security, support, and incident response teams to make production systems and AI-powered experiences more resilient. You will use software engineering, infrastructure as code, SLOs, telemetry, provider observability, and automation as your main tools, and you will apply AI where it creates measurable reliability value rather than novelty.
This position is based out of our new Tel Aviv office.
What You'll Do:
Support AI-based application solutions where reliability matters. Partner with the development teams building AI-powered travel experiences to support the development and production operation of their solution.
Work with AI solutions, providers, and APIs. Partner with teams integrating AI capabilities and providers, with attention to API reliability, authentication, quotas, rate limits, latency and provider-specific operational constraints.
Troubleshoot AI tools and provider issues. Diagnose failures across AI-powered workflows, provider APIs, configuration, permission errors, degraded responses and related areas.
Operate reliable production platforms. implement and run cloud infrastructure,and help product teams move quickly without compromising reliability.
Improve observability. Build dashboards, alerts, traces, logs, and runbooks that make service health clear, actionable, and tied to SLOs and customer impact.
Apply AI to SRE workflows. Prototype and productionize AI-assisted systems that create effective and efficient operations
Automate operational toil. Create tools, workflows, and automation that remove repetitive manual work and make operational knowledge easier to use.

As a Senior or Principal Software Engineer in Cortex Cloud, you will contribute to the development and scaling of cloud-native security solutions for enterprise organizations. This role involves working within an established team to evolve a high-traffic product, with a focus on refining architecture, optimizing the technology stack, and maintaining engineering standards.
Your responsibilities include writing reliable code, influencing product direction, and designing distributed systems. You will be expected to make technical decisions that impact the long-term stability and performance of cloud workload protection services.
AI Integration & Engineering Workflow
A core component of our development process is the use of AI. Rather than basic code completion, we integrate AI assistants as functional components of our workflow. Our team utilizes a multi-agent AI system (IDEX/ProDex) that assists across the development lifecycle: from planning and architecture to code analysis and security reviews.
In this role, you will:
Work with AI Tools: Utilize platforms such as Gemini, Claude, and Cursor for tasks beyond code generation, including root-cause analysis, system design reviews, and architectural assessment.
Develop AI-Augmented Workflows: Help refine how AI is integrated into the SDLC, including the orchestration of agents and the development of internal tools that extend AI capabilities across our codebase.
Maintain Quality Standards: While AI assists in increasing velocity, you are responsible for the technical output. This includes critical review of all generated code and ensuring that AI-assisted work aligns with our architectural requirements and security benchmarks.
Interact with Specialized Agents: Coordinate with AI agents (Product, Architecture, Security) that operate on shared context to assist in managing complex engineering tasks.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer In Threat Cloud, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will join a highly technological team responsible for managing Threat Cloud AI cloud environments, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring security and cost efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the company, including R&D, Security, and Product teams, to automate processes, streamline operations, and drive impactful changes in our cloud strategy.

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Success team . In this role, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle - from handoff from sales through onboarding, implementation, operationalization, expansion, and retention.

As the primary technical contact for enterprise customers across Israel and Europe, you will help organizations maximize the value of platform by providing both technical and strategic guidance. You will work closely with security, cloud, and data teams, helping customers successfully deploy and operationalize Sentra across complex multi-cloud environments.

This is a highly customer-facing and hands-on role that combines technical expertise, relationship management, and problem-solving. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers across Israel and Europe, building trusted long-term relationships.
Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption of Sentras platform.
