This is a new role with a clear mandate: find where AI can make our teams faster and better at their jobs, then build and roll out the tools and workflows that make it happen. You will work with every department, from sales and marketing to finance, service, operations, R&D and HR, to find where AI can remove friction, speed up decisions, and unlock capacity. Then you'll own the full lifecycle: scoping the problem, designing the solution, building or configuring it, training the teams who'll use it, and supporting it after launch.
