Requirements:
Technical Drawings: Strong ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings, including standard GD&T symbols and technical terminology. Precision Measuring Equipment: Hands-on experience and proficiency with precision measuring tools (e.g., height gauges, calipers, micrometers, plug/thread gauges). Standards & Compliance: Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations in the defense/aerospace manufacturing sectors. Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills; hands-on experience with Priority ERP software is highly desirable. Education & Experience: Education: Practical Engineer (Practical Mechanical Engineer) degree or 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical QC Inspector, specifically within machining/CNC manufacturing environments. Personal Competencies:
* Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and high accountability.
* Strong task orientation, proactive mindset, and problem-solving initiative.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team under pressure and tight schedules.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Language Requirements: Hebrew: Full proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory. English: Ability to read and understand technical language and professional terminology-Mandatory.
