We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead to drive the creative development and visual communication of our business solutions across all marketing channels.
Working within the global brand framework, you will shape how our products and solutions are presented to customers, partners, and prospects worldwide. You will translate business objectives and complex product offerings into compelling visual stories, campaigns, and customer experiences that drive engagement and growth.
This role combines hands-on design, creative leadership, and AI-driven innovation. The ideal candidate is both a strong individual contributor and an experienced creative leader, capable of guiding high-quality creative work across internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and external partners while ensuring excellence, consistency, and impact across all customer-facing touchpoints.
You will work closely with global Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop compelling creative solutions for us, reporting directly to our Creative Director.

Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:
Lead creative direction for our marketing initiatives.
Develop compelling visual concepts and narratives that communicate product value and customer outcomes.
Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all business-facing communications.
Apply and evolve the brand system within B2B marketing initiatives.
Creative Ownership & Execution:
Design and produce high-impact assets across digital marketing, web, social media, video, presentations, events, webinars, customer stories, landing pages, email marketing, and sales enablement materials.
Translate complex business and product concepts into clear, engaging visual communications.
Partner with stakeholders to support go-to-market initiatives and business objectives.
Contribute hands-on creative work and lead by example through strong execution.
Agency & Partner Management:
Manage creative work produced by agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Art Direction, Visual Design, Brand Design, Marketing Design, or related creative roles.
Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, software, telecommunications, or digital product companies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated marketing campaigns, visual storytelling, creative leadership, and business impact.
Proven experience managing agencies, freelancers, and external creative partners.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creative initiatives simultaneously.
Experience leading complex creative projects from concept through execution.
Exceptional visual design, storytelling, presentation, and communication abilities.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, content creation, and customer-focused communication.
Demonstrated expertise in AI-powered creative workflows and emerging creative technologies.
