We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who combines strong technical depth with exceptional leadership and execution skills.
As a key member of the LevelUP organization, you will:
Lead strategic AI transformation programs across engineering organizations
Drive adoption of AI-powered tools, workflows, and best practices
Partner with senior technology leaders, architects, engineering teams, and product organizations
Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple global teams across Israel and the United States
Define success metrics, track business impact, and communicate progress to executive leadership
Navigate ambiguity, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: 10+ years of Project Management or Technical Project Management experience
Strong technology background with deep understanding of software development and modern SDLC practices
Proven experience leading large-scale, complex programs across multiple teams and organizations
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working with global teams across different geographies and time zones
Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders
Experience leading AI, GenAI, Developer Productivity, or Digital Transformation initiatives
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or AI Agents
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and modern engineering practices
Passion for helping organizations adopt new technologies and ways of working.
