About the Role:
As the Director of Product Security, you will spearhead our efforts to fortify and enhance the security posture of our products and runtime environments and play a critical leadership role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls for the organizations complex product applications, platform, development and cloud infrastructure.
You will lead a team of security experts and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and other business units to ensure the security and integrity of our applications, platforms, cloud infrastructure, and code stack against current & evolving threats.
Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding security best practices throughout the development and operations pipeline, ensuring a secure and scalable product environment. You will also drive the strategy, development, and implementation of a comprehensive application security program across our cloud-based applications.

What Youll Do:
Strategic Leadership and Team Management:
Strong leadership skills to develop and lead the strategic direction for the Application and Cloud Security teams.
Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, and secure design reviews of cloud platforms to proactively identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) to protect infrastructure and applications.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to embed security into product development and all aspects of cloud deployments.

This role brings an attacker's mindset to that landscape: penetration testing and red team engagements built on complex attack chains. You would combine manual techniques with automation and tooling you develop as part of your craft, extending your reach across the company ecosystem.
What you'll be doing
Plan and execute objective-based penetration tests and red team engagements across our company's products, cloud services, and infrastructure
Find and validate exploitable vulnerabilities, chain them into realistic attack paths, and demonstrate impact with reproducible proofs of concept
Develop the automation and tooling that extend the team's offensive reach across the company ecosystem
Run joint exercises with the SOC and detection engineering teams to validate telemetry and improve detections
Deliver clear findings to engineering teams and surface recurring risk patterns to security leadership.

Reporting directly to the CISO with a dotted line to the CTO, you will act as the critical bridge between our Security and Engineering teams, driving a robust "security-first" culture.

You will lead our transition towards a mature DevSecOps organization, ensuring that security is seamlessly embedded into every phase of our SDLC without compromising delivery speed.

Governance, Culture & Compliance:

We're looking for a research-minded, DevOps-fluent Security Researcher to own the "left" side of the platform - from source code and IaC, through CI/CD pipelines, into running cloud workloads and the sensitive data they touch. You'll trace how risk originates in a commit or a data store and follows an attack path all the way to runtime, then turn that research into the posture logic that powers our code-to-cloud, CSPM and DSPM capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of DevSecOps, cloud, data security, and AI systems.
Conduct deep technical research across the full software development lifecycle - source code, IaC, dependencies, CI/CD pipelines, artifacts, and runtime - to map the environment and discover novel risks, misconfigurations, and end-to-end attack paths (code-to-cloud), then enrich findings with context and generate meaningful, actionable remediation.
Lead research into Data Security Posture Management (DSPM): how sensitive data is stored, classified, moves, and gets exposed across cloud data stores, and translate this into data discovery, classification, and data-flow risk logic.
Correlate runtime context from our eBPF sensors with code, pipeline, and data findings to prioritize what is actually reachable and exploitable - not just theoretically vulnerable.
Research and apply AI and ML techniques to strengthen the policy engine itself - improving detection accuracy and coverage, reducing false positives, and making risk prioritization and analytics smarter across code, cloud, data, and runtime signals.
Lead product initiatives from inception to production. Collaborate closely with product, backend, and GTM, translating research into shipped product capabilities.

As a Product Security Researcher , you will dive deep into the security landscape of modern browsers, operating systems, and enterprise applications to discover novel vulnerabilities, evaluate real-world threat scenarios, and help shape our security posture through innovation and hands-on research. You will be instrumental in driving advanced security initiatives that help maintain position at the cutting edge of secure enterprise computing.

Key Responsibilities:

Vulnerability Research: Identify and analyze vulnerabilities in browser components, system integrations, and third-party libraries relevant to the Enterprise Browser.
