The Embedded control team develop SW products that create the basic building blocks of the system and deal with various fields - power conversion algorithmic, communication algorithmic, optimizations, rt problems on different platforms - DSPs, Companys ASIC and digital controlled power converters for photo-voltaic power systems. Our technological challenges focus on the following fields: power electronics, digital close loop control and Digital Signal Processing algorithms implemented on companys microprocessors. In this position, you will take part in developing advanced control algorithms and software for our state-of-the-art products. What you will be doing:
* Learning the different aspects of our products by developing features in various areas and disciplines - power electronics, control theory, DSP, and communication over different platforms.
* Design, develop, optimize, TEST and maintain complex Embedded SW for power electronics and control systems in a multi processors environment.
* Develop software for various micro-controllers and coping with various rt constraints.
* Involvement in projects / products from end to end - from concept and simulation, through development and integration and field deployment.
* Building complex simulations integrating SW and HW and working hand by hand with HW team.
* Interface with and support Hardware teams in testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting throughout the development cycle. This role requires an understanding of power conversion, Embedded systems, and Real-Time control algorithms.

Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering - A must!
* 3-5 years of experience in ADCs, PWM generation, and communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.).
* Basic understanding of power electronics hardware (MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, inductors, etc.).
* Basic understanding of programming in C for Real-Time Embedded systems.
* Knowledge of debugging tools, compilers, and firmware development workflows.
* A deep sense of curiosity and eagerness to learn is a must.
* Understanding control and power electronics, understanding of DC/DC, AC/DC, and inverter power conversion topologies is an advantage.
* Experience with RTOS and bare-metal programming is an advantage.
* Experience with control algorithms (PID, model predictive control, or adaptive control) is an advantage.
