Sitting within our core platform team, this role is central to how our company builds, ships, and scales insurance products across the org - and how we continue doing it faster with AI at the center.
We believe three things matter for every role at our company: drive to push through challenges, efficiency that keeps standards high while moving fast, and adaptability that lets you pivot with data and AI insights. These aren't buzzwords, they're how we actually work.
Our AI-first approach isn't just a tagline either. We're building the future of insurance with AI at the center, and we need people who are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside these tools.
In this role you'll
Define the architecture that determines how our company builds, ships, and scales - for years to come
Drive cross-team alignment on complex technical decisions, turning competing priorities into a clear, executable roadmap
Own the long-term API strategy across multiple domains, creating a unified layer that simplifies onboarding for channel teams and scales with the business
Act as the translation layer between platform engineers and leadership, communicating technical complexity in business terms

Hands-on with AI tools - you don't just follow trends, you actively use AI to move faster and make better product decisions
Experience taking products from 1 to a billion, with a track record of overseeing complex adoption and integration efforts
Cross-team leadership experience with a history of aligning stakeholders and driving complex, multi-team initiatives forward
A computer science degree or substantial hands-on development experience
Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week.

You'll sit at the intersection of automation, AI, and infrastructure - owning the strategy and execution for core capabilities that move our company's platform forward. This role lives within our Product team and carries real visibility across the organization.
Lead zero-to-one strategy and execution for critical automation platforms - building the scalable infrastructure that powers seamless workflows and measurable efficiency gains

Requirements:
10+ years of product management experience in a successful startup or fast-growing company
Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI applications and working with LLMs at scale
A proven track record of automating complex, manual processes and scaling foundational workflows
Strong ability to deconstruct and optimize intricate, multi-step systems and data-heavy user journeys
A data-driven, analytical approach - someone who turns platform metrics into meaningful product decisions
Fluent English with sharp communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
A self-organized, process-driven approach to managing competing priorities and leading cross-functional agile teams
A genuine curiosity for new technology - you read constantly, experiment often, and love sharing what you learn

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved - people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.
If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at our company.
About This Role:
we are the world's first vertically integrated, sustainable AI cloud. We build and operate GPU infrastructure powered by clean energy, from data center design through IaaS products to managed inference at scale, enabling AI-native companies to run demanding workloads without compromising on sustainability or reliability. our company Cloud is 1,400 people and growing, and the TPM frameworks are still being built -- which means there is a genuine opportunity to shape how the function operates rather than inherit how it already works.
The Managed Inference platform is where customers run production LLM workloads without managing low-level infrastructure, and it is one of our company's fastest-growing product areas. The Staff TPM for Managed Intelligence connects model engineering, IaaS, product, and data center operations to deliver a reliable, scalable inference platform. You will own end-to-end program delivery across multi-quarter roadmaps, model onboarding, inference optimization, and production readiness for new model versions. Deep familiarity with the model layer -- including how LLMs are served, optimized, and evaluated in production -- is essential to being effective in this role.
What You'll Be Working On:
End-to-end program delivery: Own multi-quarter release planning, dependency governance, and executive communication across the Managed Inference platform.
Complex, high-risk program management: Drive model version rollouts, inference optimization campaigns, SLA readiness for new GPU hardware, and multi-tenant capacity planning from kickoff through delivery.
Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate across Model Engineering, IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations, and external model providers to keep programs on track and unblocked.
Proactive risk identification: Surface risks across model serving, reliability, capacity constraints, and vendor timelines before they become program-level problems.
Execution frameworks and dashboards: Build lightweight, scalable TPM frameworks suited to our company's pace; maintain real-time execution dashboards and deliver crisp, data-driven executive updates.
Phase 0 planning for model onboarding: Own pre-launch planning for model onboarding on new GPU generations, including firmware and driver readiness, CUDA and ROCm stack validation, and commissioning criteria for inference workloads.
Stakeholder leadership: Drive alignment and push back effectively across engineering, product, and operations leadership -- including highly technical stakeholders who have not previously worked with a TPM.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments, with a track record of owning complex programs end-to-end across engineering and product organizations.
LLM inference and model serving knowledge: Working familiarity with batching strategies, quantization approaches, and the tradeoffs that govern latency, throughput, and cost at production scale.
Multi-tenant systems experience: Familiarity with isolation, quota management, and SLA enforcement across concurrent workloads.
Fine-tuning and alignment awareness: Sufficient familiarity with fine-tuning and alignment workflows to govern program timelines, identify technical risks, and coordinate across the teams that own them.
This position is open to all candidates.

We're a SaaS company building software for the Intelligence agencies. Our platform helps analysts process and analyse videos at scale to detect threats for national security. The team is small, focused, and moves fast.

The role

You'll be the person who brings clarity and structure to how we build. Your job is to make everyone's life easier-engineers, designers, clients, and leadership-by ensuring priorities are clear, requirements are well-defined, and problems are spotted before they become blockers.

You'll work closely with a team of 5 engineers and report directly to the CTO. You're not here to dictate what gets built; you're here to make sure what we decide to build gets built well, on time, and for the right reasons.

This isn't a role where you write tickets and hand them off. You'll be in the thinking process from the very beginning, down to the details-scoping features, making trade-offs, anticipating problems before they surface, and ensuring we're always working on what matters most.

What you'll do

Define product priorities and roadmap in collaboration with the founders
Translate client needs and business objectives into clear, actionable requirements
Manage multiple projects in parallel without letting things slip through the cracks
Work across the full stack of roles: clients, engineers, designers, data specialists
Make smart trade-offs: identify the 20% of effort that delivers 80% of value
Anticipate risks and blockers; address them before they become problems
Own documentation: specs, user stories, release notes, client-facing materials
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS
Excellent English, written and spoken
Strong written communication: you can write clear specs, PRDs, and client-facing documentation
Highly organised: you keep track of many moving pieces without losing clarity
Technical literacy: you understand technical discussions and the challenges inherent to building a SaaS product
Business-minded: you keep the "why" in focus and make decisions that serve it
Proactive and autonomous: you see what needs doing and do it
This position is open to all candidates.
