This is a dynamic, customer-facing role that combines hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and direct interaction with customers across Israel. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, hardware, software, and communication issues involving inverters, power optimizers, batteries, EV chargers, and energy management solutions.
* Perform testing, system diagnostics, repairs, and equipment replacement as required.
* Document service activities, case updates, and resolutions using the SolarEdge CRM system.
* Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer service.
* Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience while representing SolarEdge in the field.
* Travel regularly to customer sites across Israel.

The Embedded control team develop SW products that create the basic building blocks of the our system and deal with various fields - power conversion algorithmic, communication algorithmic, optimizations, rt problems on different platforms - DSPs, Companys ASIC and digital controlled power converters for photo-voltaic power systems. Our technological challenges focus on the following fields: power electronics, digital close loop control and Digital Signal Processing algorithms implemented on companys microprocessors.
