What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:

Define what adoption means per product area (activation milestones, key events, success criteria) and ensure teams execute against it.

Establish and drive improvements to TTV through product changes, enablement, onboarding workflows, UX/docs improvements, and operational playbooks.

Partner with Customer Success and Product Management to exercise our NPI process and ensure capability uptake.

Partner with Pricing & Packaging leaders to identify and drive actions that improve uptake of add-ons and expansion paths.
Participate in NRR pilots to understand areas for improvement impacting our products.
Cross-functional value realization operating system
Build the artifacts and processes that consistently accelerate adoption (adoption playbooks, enablement kits, training, readiness checklists, release frameworks).
Institute standard internal reporting and operational rhythms (dashboards, weekly reviews, exec readouts).
Operationalize a company-wide product value realization framework: adoption → value → expansion.
Build and maintain dashboards that connect adoption signals to retention and revenue outcomes.
Partner with UX and Docs to prioritize customer experience and enablement improvements that reduce friction and accelerate value.

we are seeking a Product Manager to define and build the intelligence layer of our SASE platform. You will own how our company converts unified network and security telemetry into high-confidence detections, actionable insights, and automated response workflows for SOC and IT teams.
Your mission is to reduce noise, shorten investigations, and progressively automate remediation by leveraging cross-domain data correlation, scalable analytics, and AI-driven investigation and response capabilities. You will help shift customers from fragmented monitoring to an integrated, intelligence-driven security and operations experience.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the vision and roadmap for our companys data-driven security and operational intelligence platform.
Deliver meaningful observability and actionability outcomes across security and network products reducing alert fatigue and accelerating time-to-detection and remediation.
Lead development of AI-driven investigation and automation features that streamline triage, support root-cause analysis, and enable controlled response workflows.
Drive cross-domain data correlation strategies that unify network, security, endpoint, and application telemetry into clear, actionable insights.
Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Security research teams to bring scalable analytics and intelligent automation to production.
Engage directly with customers and field teams to deeply understand SOC and IT pain points, validate priorities, and ensure measurable customer impact.
Requirements:
4+ years of B2B product management experience in cybersecurity, SIEM, XDR, observability, or IT operations platforms.
Cross functional work with mutliple teams across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success
Hands-on familiarity with SOC workflows, including alert triage, investigation processes, and detection quality tradeoffs (e.g., false positives, precision/recall, MTTD/MTTR).
Experience building or managing products powered by high-volume event data, analytics pipelines, or real-time telemetry systems.
Background in AI/ML-driven insights, automation frameworks, or workflow automation using AI agents is a strong advantage.
Technical fluency in networking and security concepts (SASE, SD-WAN, ZTNA) is a plus.
A strategic thinker who can translate complex data systems into clear customer value and operational outcomes.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join Security team. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) capabilities within Falcon Cloud Security, driving our vision of comprehensive code-to-cloud protection. You will work at the intersection of application security and cloud security to help customers prioritize and remediate the risks that matter most. This position requires a strategic thinker who understands both the developer experience and enterprise security operations, and can bridge the gap between AppSec and CloudSec teams to deliver innovative solutions that stop breaches before they happen.

What Youll Do:

You will be responsible for translating the ASPM vision into a detailed product strategy, roadmap, and development backlog that drives code-to-cloud visibility and risk prioritization across the entire application lifecycle

You will own and manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle for ASPM capabilities, leading product release cycles, identifying and proactively solving bottlenecks, and raising flags when needed to ensure successful delivery

You will drive the convergence of ASPM and CNAPP by defining requirements and user stories that correlate application security with cloud runtime and proactive context (CSPM, CWPP, CIEM) to eliminate security silos and deliver a unified risk and security platform.

You will be accountable for gathering and synthesizing insights from AppSec engineers, CloudSec teams, DevOps practitioners, and CISOs through customer interviews, user research, and competitive analysis to identify high-impact product opportunities

You will define and own key product metrics and success criteria including mean-time-to-remediation, vulnerability prioritization accuracy, developer adoption rates, and reduction in exploitable attack surface, using data to drive continuous product optimization

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver developer-centric features including pull-request scanning, policy-as-code enforcement, and automated remediation workflows

You will serve as the subject matter expert and evangelist for ASPM, presenting to customers, industry analysts executives, and at conferences to position CrowdStrike as the leader in the converging ASPM/CNAPP market.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

5+ years of product management experience in application security, cloud security, DevSecOps tooling, or related B2B SaaS domains

Deep understanding of application security testing tools (SAST, SCA, DAST, IAST, secrets scanning) and their role in the software development lifecycle

Strong technical knowledge of cloud-native architectures, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Proven ability to build products for technical personas including developers, AppSec engineers, and CloudSec/DevOps teams, with empathy for their distinct workflows and priorities

Data-driven approach to product decisions with experience using analytics to measure security outcomes, risk reduction, and developer productivity

Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences and influence cross-functional stakeholders
