We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Commerce Core domain, owning the platforms and operational infrastructure that power the entire customer journey and order lifecycle from catalog and checkout to fulfillment, customer support, and post-purchase experiences. This is a strategic, highly cross-functional role focused on building scalable internal systems and complex commerce capabilities that sit at the core of the business. You will drive product strategy, prioritization, and execution across high-scale platforms with direct business impact, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, CS, Growth, and Marketing teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape how our business scales its commerce platform and internal operations, while continuously improving business efficiency, operational excellence, and the end-to-end customer experience.

Roles & responsibilities:
Lead the product core commerce platform, from vision to execution, while driving scalable solutions with direct business impact.
Own the commerce domain end-to-end, including product catalog, cart and pricing logic, checkout flows, payment integrations, and order lifecycle management.
Shape the next generation of the Commerce domain:
Build the foundations for AI-driven and automated commerce experiences
Enable flexible commerce capabilities through APIs, Agentic shopping experience, and scalable platform architecture.
Help position Resident for the evolving ecommerce landscape, where AI agents, automation, and personalization become an integral part of the buying journey.
Build and scale internal commerce platforms and tools that support operational efficiency and business growth across Growth, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Data teams.
Partner closely with Engineering and Data teams on system architecture, integrations, scalability, api contracts, and operational infrastructure.
Translate complex operational and business needs into scalable systems, workflows, and product capabilities.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders, balancing competing business needs and driving alignment across the organization
Plan and manage engineering sprints to deliver greater value to the customer and the company.
Define the scope for both features and initiatives, clearly articulating the rationale behind decisions.
Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-driven operational tools and emerging agentic tools.
Continuously improve the scalability, operational efficiency, and customer experience enabled by Residents commerce ecosystem.

In this role, youll accelerate the evolution of our DOCA - the software platform that defines how BlueField DPUs and ConnectX SuperNICs power AI factories, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise data centers. DOCA is the infrastructure acceleration layer for the globe's most fast paced workloads. As a Product Management leader in the DOCA group, you'll drive the developer platform that thousands of engineers build on. You will guide a group of senior PMs to develop the capabilities that hyperscalers and cloud providers depend on. This is a rare opportunity to define a platform at its inflection point - with the scope, team, and strategic backing to make it the industry standard.


What You'll Be Doing:

Own DOCA work end-to-end - from strategy and prioritization to release - incorporating signals from hyperscalers, CSPs, and the developer ecosystem.

Lead and grow a team of product managers, setting direction, developing talent, and maintaining cross-functional alignment with engineering, architecture, and GTM.

Champion DOCA SDK adoption with developers and partners, defining new APIs, libraries, and microservices that unlock new deployment architectures.

Drive requirements for end-to-end platform capabilities, covering accelerated datapath provisioning, multi-tenant network isolation, and offload lifecycle management - feeding into a complete, production-ready DOCA solution for AI factory and cloud deployments.

Collaborate deeply with multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams to establish priorities and define precise, actionable requirements for breakthrough projects.

Build positive relationships with customers and ecosystem partners. Listen carefully to their technical needs. Provide expert mentorship and support broad AI implementations that advance their strategic goals.

Create use cases and reference applications to demonstrate product value to technical and executive audiences.

Drive competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify gaps and opportunities across the DPU software landscape, informing both near-term priorities and long-term platform strategy.
