Key Responsibilities:
Legacy Product Ownership:
Manage and sustain legacy products throughout their lifecycle
Lead ECO processes from creation through implementation
Manage EOL activities, AVL updates, and second-source qualifications
Monitor component lifecycle, risks, and supply continuity
PLM & Documentation Control:
Maintain accurate product documentation (BOMs, drawings, work instructions, etc.)
Manage configuration control and documentation updates in PLM systems (Agile)
Ensure all production documentation is complete, approved, and current
NPI to Production Handshake:
Facilitate smooth transition of new products into mass production

Work closely with R&D, NPI, Quality, and PE teams to ensure alignment
Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) for implementation and verification
Production Support & Continuous Improvement:
Provide daily engineering support to production lines
Drive improvements in yield, cycle times, and work instructions
Support root-cause analyses and CAPA activities
Identify and implement process optimization opportunities and cost reduction
Test Equipment Management:
Manage test equipment and documentation for ATE test equipment
Ensure test stations and fixtures meet readiness standards
Coordinate preventative maintenance with internal teams and CMs.

We are looking for a hands-on NPI & Quality Engineer to own and lead New Product Introduction activities while ensuring product quality across production and deployment.
This role serves as a key bridge between R&D, Operations, QA, and Production, supporting smooth product launches and high operational standards, and requires on-site presence at the production facility.

Role and Responsibilities:
Test Development & Validation
Design, develop, and implement test plans, test fixtures and infrastructure.
Collaborate with R&D to define test requirements early in the product lifecycle.
Develop test scripts and automation software (Python, LabVIEW, C#, etc.) to improve coverage and efficiency.
Validate test coverage, yield, and reliability through statistical analysis (GR&R, Cpk, SPC).
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Support EVT, DVT, and PVT phases with test readiness and execution.
Lead test process transfer to contract manufacturers (CMs) or ODM partners.
Train CM engineers/technicians on test systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Manufacturing Support & Continuous Improvement
Monitor production test yields, debug failures, and drive root cause analysis (RCA).
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to reduce test time, cost, and false failures.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment and fixtures.
Support ECO (Engineering Change Orders) by updating test plans and equipment accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with hardware, firmware, and reliability engineers to improve product testability and robustness.
Partner with Quality and Operations to ensure smooth scaling into mass production.
Engage with suppliers and CM partners on test strategy alignment.

Required Chip Test Engineer
About The Position
The Chip Test Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automated test for IC chips and systems for Automotive industry. The Test Engineer is responsible to define and develop tests, design test features, program test scripts, and analyze test results to ensure the quality and functionality of products. The Test Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve test processes, and support product development efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for ATE systems to ensure comprehensive testing of ICs.
Design and develop test features, test programs, and test scripts for automated test environment (ATE) based on product specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with design engineers, product manager, production vendors and manufacturing teams to understand product functionality, performance requirements, and testability considerations.

we are looking for a Image Processing Algorithms Engineer.
You will be responsible for defining end-to-end solutions for image signal processing algorithms, both classical and deep learning-based, from the algorithm level to the system level. You will bring your own hands-on expertise, as well as technical leadership, to see these solutions come to life from inception to full implementation.
You will design ISP components and take them from proof-of-concept to production, pushing image quality to a cutting-edge level. You will survey both academic literature and product-grade solutions, then design and implement dedicated solutions optimized for embedded HW. The MLIL FLOW team is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead the design and delivery of systems software for our next-generation ML accelerator servers. We build production software to validate, initialize, monitor, and qualify these servers - from first silicon through fleet-scale deployment. We work on the physical systems that execute ML workloads: Server bring-up, hardware diagnostics, interconnect validation, power/thermal monitoring, and fleet-scale operations are our bread and butter.


Key job responsibilities
Lead the architecture and implementation of hardware validation and diagnostic software for new ML acceleration platforms.
Drive technical direction for PCIe validation, power/thermal diagnostics, and stress-testing frameworks that run across manufacturing, vetting, and production environments.
