Student Sales Development Representative ( SDR ) - Microsoft Solutions abra is seeking a Student Sales Development Representative ( SDR ) to join our Microsoft Solutions Division. We are looking for a sharp, ambitious, and highly motivated SDR to support the growth of our Microsoft activity and help organizations discover innovative solutions in the worlds of CRM, ERP, data, and AI. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, generating interest, initiating conversations, and creating new business opportunities that directly contribute to abra's continued growth. A 50% student position, based in Ra'anana, Israel, requiring attendance at the office three days a week, with the potential to expand the role in the future according to business needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Generate interest and initiate conversations with potential customers across the Microsoft Solutions portfolio, including CRM, ERP, data, and AI solutions.
* Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calls, follow-up activities, event invitations, and inbound lead engagement.
* Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
* Conduct initial discovery conversations and establish relationships with potential customers.
* Create and execute tailored call scripts and outreach approaches based on the specific solution being promoted.
* Work with CRM systems and lead management tools to document activities and track sales processes.
* Collaborate closely with sales, business development, marketing, and management teams to maximize business opportunities.
* Contribute ideas to improve outreach effectiveness, lead generation, and overall sales efficiency.
Requirements: * At least 1 year of proven and successful experience in a similar role, such as telemarketing, inside sales, or sales call centers - mandatory.
* Experience proactively reaching out to prospects and scheduling meetings - mandatory.
* Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads and track sales activities.
* High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal.
* Excellent written communication skills and the ability to formulate effective outreach messages and call scripts.
* Strong execution abilities with a proactive, results-driven approach.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
* High motivation to achieve targets and willingness to invest in personal and professional success.
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and derive insights.
* Genuine passion for sales, technology, and building relationships. Nice to Have:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Student in the second year of academic studies, with availability to remain in the role for at least one additional year.
* Previous exposure to technology companies or B2B sales environments.
