This role focuses on testing internal tools, backend services, workflows, automation, and the systems that support our validation processes. You will work closely with developers, infra teams, and validation engineers to ensure that our internal software is stable, reliable, and easy to use. You will contribute to building robust test coverage, improving automation, analyzing logs and test results, and driving quality throughout the development cycle.

What youll be doing:

Plan, execute, and analyze functional, integration, and regression tests for internal infrastructure software.

Develop and maintain automated test cases and test flows.

Validate backend services, data pipelines, web tools, and internal workflows.

We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist to join our ITPE (Interconnect Product Engineering) Test/Software Development team. This position will be part of our growing team, which develops testing frameworks, core test infrastructure, and engineering tools for optical transceivers and next-generation interconnect our products. As a Senior QA Specialist in this group, you will own the quality of the frameworks, core libraries, and tools our developers build, ensuring they are stable, reliable, and production ready. What youll be doing:
Define and own QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards for testing platforms, essential libraries, and utilities.
Build and maintain automated test pipelines; integrate quality gates into CI/CD workflows.
Maintain regression suites that catch breakages as frameworks evolve.
Develop test fixtures, mocks, and simulators for testing code in isolation.
Track quality metrics and generate summary reports of testing activities.
Collaborate with teams across ITPE including NPI, MP, data intelligence, and R&D.

We are the System Ethernet QA Team in our R&D center, responsible for the testing and qualification of virtual networking silicon (SimX) and software-from L2 forwarding and L3 routing to overlays, QoS, and security. With SimX, developers and QA engineers get hardware-free, early access to the ASIC for better debugging.

What you'll be doing:

We don't just complete checklists; we collaborate closely with R&D to lead the quality of new features from design to deployment. In this role, we:

Review architectural designs and requirements for new features introduced to the product.

Drive the design, development, and execution of tests across functional, performance, and security scopes as part of SW GA and update releases.

Develop Python automation suites built on clean OOP principles.

Chase down defects and validate fixes until we fully resolve the root cause.

Leverage the SimX platform to validate code and debug the ASIC long before hardware arrives.

We are looking for a QA Manager to own a new testing domain, which enables our products to meet the industry leading benchmarks of efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will able to learn new features, execute manual/automated tests and be technical expert to the team

What youll be doing:

Lead the QA team from the planning stage through execution up to GA release, with the highest quality for the company`s products.

Collaborate with peer engineering teams, and program/product management to ensure that product requirements, goals and objectives are met or exceeded.

Lead and implement analysis, debugging tracking flows with accordance to QA and SW methodologies.

Review the teams test-plans for the product coverage and strive for full automation.

Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs to understand root cause, verify bug fixes provided by R&D team.

Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of the team members.

Review and identify improvement opportunities in established processes, infrastructure, and practices to ensure the teams are performing in the most efficient way.
