We are looking for an ILS Project Manager to manage and lead complex projects with customers in Israel and abroad, from the quotation stage through delivery, implementation, and ongoing customer support.
The role includes matrix management of all relevant stakeholders within the organization, supporting development, procurement, production, and logistics processes, alongside the management of service, technical support, and ILS frameworks for operational and technological systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage the companys support framework (ILS) for customers in Israel and abroad
Manage service and support contracts (Support / SLA)
Lead implementations and engineering upgrades at customer sites
Define service and support packages for customers
Write maintenance and support requirements for tenders
Work with engineering, production, integration, and customers
Manage LSA / FMECA / Reliability analysis
Support projects with customers in Israel and abroad
Establish and manage technical documentation and maintenance frameworks
Work with suppliers and subcontractors in the field of service and maintenance
Requirements:
Engineering degree
Experience with multidisciplinary systems
Familiarity with MIL-STD standards - an advantage
Experience with ILS / LSA / RAM
High-level technical English
Security clearance - an advantage
Background in large-scale defense projects - an advantage
Willingness to work flexible hours and provide 24/7 customer support when required for mission-critical defense systems
