Research, design, develop, and implement lidar based algorithms in both Python and C++ for solving complex problems
Evaluate existing models and techniques, and propose innovative approaches to improve algorithm performance and accuracy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions

Across the company, Senior Deep Learning Algorithm Developers work at the forefront of AV/ADAS innovation - designing, training, and optimizing deep neural networks for tasks such as perception, mapping, and scene understanding. This includes working with large-scale datasets, leveraging frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and applying state-of-the-art techniques to tackle complex perception and decision-making challenges in real-world driving scenarios.

What will your job look like?
Design, develop and implement deep learning algorithms to solve complex problems in computer vision
Take ownership of deep learning projects: Compose product requirements, design solutions, oversee execution, and collaborate with talented Algorithm Developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze large datasets to improve algorithm performance and robustness.
Research the latest advancements in deep learning, multi-task learning, AI architectures, and apply them to enhance our algorithms.

We are looking for a strong Senior Software Developer to help build the algorithmic core of our platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep Python expertise, strong algorithmic thinking, and excitement about applying the latest AI, LLM, and agentic capabilities to real-world optimization problems.

You will work on systems that improve bidding, budget allocation, keyword strategy, audience optimization, and other core levers of marketplace and advertising performance.

What Youll Do

Design, build, and improve algorithms across bidding, budget allocation, keyword optimization, audience optimization, and related areas

Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams

Build systems that leverage the latest LLMs and agentic workflows as part of intelligent optimization and automation

Help shape the technical direction of the optimization engine and broader AI-driven platform

Contribute to architecture, code quality, testing, and deployment best practices for algorithmic Python systems

Hands-on navigation engineering for the interceptor system. You'll develop, implement, and validate navigation and estimation algorithms, working with real sensor data and taking algorithms from concept through Real-Time implementation. Reports to the GNC Lead, with deep ownership over the modules you build. This role is a fit for engineers with strong navigation, sensor-fusion, and state-estimation foundations, and the appetite to apply those skills to broader engineering problems beyond pure navigation.
Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement navigation algorithms for Real-Time systems.
* Work with sensors such as IMU, GNSS, radar, and other relevant sensors.
* Design estimation and sensor-fusion solutions.
* Analyse simulation and field data to improve algorithm performance.
* Support the full algorithm lifecycle, from requirements and simulation through implementation and testing.
* Apply estimation and data -fusion skills to domains beyond navigation when needed.
* Collaborate with software, Embedded, systems, and hardware teams.
