About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior HRBP with solid recruitment experience, hands-on exposure to HR processes, and a background in learning & development, who is ready to take the next step into a broader and more impactful role. This position combines recruitment, employee lifecycle support, close partnership with managers, and leading the operation and coordination of training activities across the organization - within a dynamic and growing business environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes Support key stages across the employee lifecycle, including offboarding Partner with managers on HR matters and employee development Implement and maintain HR policies and processes Operate and coordinate organizational training programs - including planning, building annual training plans, managing external training providers, logistics, tracking, and measuring effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements: About You:
At least 2 years of recruitment experience Hands-on experience in HR processes beyond recruitment Experience in training and L&D - a strong advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Process-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Proactive, responsible, and eager to grow into an HRBP role Fluent Hebrew and strong command of English Experience working with HiBob - an advantage B.A. in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field - required M.A. - an advantage
