We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Technical Trainer or Customer Enablement Specialist with experience delivering customer and partner training in SaaS environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping users adopt new technologies, creating effective learning materials, and delivering engaging training experiences.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end training ecosystem for our Meeting Insights, including course development, training delivery, certification programs, and learning resources. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, R&D, and Business teams at HQ and globally to ensure customers, partners, and internal stakeholders are fully equipped to succeed with our platform.

Your mission:
Own and execute the design, development, and delivery of training programs, courses, and certification tracks for Meeting Insights.
Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for internal teams (sales engineers, support, customer success), partners, and customers
Collaborate with Professional Services, partners, and customers worldwide to identify and address training needs
Work closely with Product Management, Technical Writing, and Marketing to develop high-quality onboarding and training materials
Design and deliver hands-on, technical training sessions (virtual and/or in-person)

We are looking for a SAP Learning & Content Specialist (Freelance) The role focuses on reviewing and enhancing SAP training materials and professional content, adapting them to the local target audience, and creating a high-quality and effective learning experience. The position combines instructional expertise, strong content capabilities, and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders in Israel and abroad. Responsibilities
* Review training materials and professional content, evaluate them, and provide recommendations for improvement and adaptation.
* Analyze, refine, and improve learning content while adapting it to target audiences and local needs.
* Develop and update learning deliverables, including guides, presentations, and training materials as needed.
* Work closely with global stakeholders and internal teams to gather information, collect feedback, and continuously improve content.
* Manage and maintain content within learning systems and support the creation of learning paths.
* Participate in strategic learning projects and knowledge implementation initiatives across the organization.

As an Implementation Consultant you are the hands-on expert who turns a signed deal into a live, high-performing voice agent.
This is an individual-contributor role with real ownership: you run your own implementations, work directly with customers, and shape how our delivery practice works as we grow.
What youll do
Own implementation projects of varying scope and complexity end to end: discovery, requirements, configuration, testing, roll-out, training, and launch.
Translate customer goals into call flows, conversation scripts, escalation rules, and hand-off logic in the Harmony Agent Builder.
Configure integrations with the customers stack: CRM, telephony, calendars, and ticketing systems.
Test and tune agents against real call scenarios until quality, containment, and conversion targets are met.
Advise customers on voice AI best practices and help them expand to new use cases after launch.
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, feeding field learnings back into the product.
Build the playbooks, templates, and delivery methods that will let the implementation practice scale.
