Were seeking a hands‑on Field Support & Customer Complaints Engineer to serve as the technical front line for EMEA customers

Diagnosing complex motion system issues
Driving rapid resolution and closing the loop with robust corrective and preventive actions.
Manage complaints end‑to‑end (from intake through root cause analysis and CAPA)
provide on‑site and remote support
Closely collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Project Management, and R&D to protect customer uptime and product performance.
Job responsibilities:
Customer technical support (EMEA): Provide Tier‑2/3 remote and on‑site support for motion systems (mechanical, electrical, controls), including installation assistance, commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Complaint and Service Calls management: Own the full lifecycle of customer complaints and escalations-intake, triage, replication, root‑cause analysis (e.g., 5‑Whys, Fishbone, 8D), corrective actions, preventive actions, and formal closure with clear documentation.
Field diagnostics & failure analysis: Collect logs, waveforms, and measurements; analyze mechanical assemblies, drivers/controllers, cabling, and environmental factors to isolate issues; recommend fixes, field updates, or design/process changes.
On‑site interventions: Plan and execute field visits across EMEA to stabilize systems, perform repairs/replacements (RMA coordination), apply firmware/parameter updates, and validate effectiveness.
Quality collaboration: Work with Quality to initiate NCRs/CAPAs, verify containment, and track systemic improvements back into production and service knowledge bases.
Cross‑functional alignment: Coordinate with R&D, Project Managers, Operations, Planning, and Purchasing to ensure parts availability, ECO changes, and sustainable resolutions reflected in manuals, procedures, and training. [JD Service Eng | Word]
Knowledge assets: Create and maintain troubleshooting guides, service bulletins, and FAQs; deliver training to distributors and key customers.
Voice of Customer: Aggregate field insights to influence product reliability, usability, and serviceability; contribute data to reliability reviews and design FMEAs.
Tools & systems: Keep accurate case records in CRM/ticketing systems; maintain test rigs, jigs, and diagnostic tooling required for field validation.
Safety & compliance: Adhere to company and customer safety standards; ensure service work aligns with applicable quality procedures.

Willingness to travel between sites located in Dimona and Beer Sheva

To operate within the production area, developing, implementing, and managing manufacturing methods, processes, and the sequence of operations.

To define process requirements, working procedures, and provide equipment recommendations for product lines.

To execute Process-FMEA analyses, identify possible sources of failures, and take measures to eliminate operational risks.

To define the process control methodologies and manage statistical process control systems to analyze out-of-control situations.

To liaise with Quality Assurance in responding to customer inquiries, and with Design Engineers to coordinate the launch of new products.

To monitor functional-specific trends and derive recommendations for their (incremental) improvements.

To execute focused research, create informative reports to support change or adaptation for processes and infrastructure systems.

What you'll be doing:

The NPI engineer will work alongside with R&D, Business Unit, finance, engineering and various multi-functional teams, leading NPI products from an operational perspective.

Work with our partners worldwide to establish a supply chain incorporating business, manufacturing, technology, Engineering, quality, and additional aspects to assure design acceptance and manufacturability.

Identify critical-paths, bottlenecks and implement risk management methodologies.

Define and lead execution to ensure delivery on schedule according to SOW and budget.

Pave the way for NPI Production transition: Active participation from very early pre-design stages, highlighting needed operational related aspects while defining the infrastructure for the future transfer to production stage.

Develop an in-depth understanding of the vendors manufacturing capabilities and influence current and future product qualifications and loading decisions.

Develop and implement project management methodologies and processes to improve tracking, transparency, execution, and day-to-day efficiency.

Report program status to senior management.

What you'll be doing:

Perform DFA for products and its related jigs.

Perform PFMEA for error-less implementation in a production line, while ongoingly managing product's quality in production line.

Develop and validate production process for each project type, striving for ideal robustness level prior HVM.

Real time-problem-solving of unknown engineering issues in the production line.

Integration and matrix management as product's engine and center key for success.

Establish new production lines at CMs sites from engineering POV, while leading CM's engineering parties to excellence.
