We are seeking a Embedded Systems Software Architect to own the technical direction of our embedded software platforms. What will your job look like?
Lead the technical direction and architecture of embedded software platforms across middleware and application layers.
Serve as the technical authority for embedded software, combining hands-on C/C++ development with system-level ownership.
Design scalable, modular software architectures and define clear interfaces between hardware, OS services, middleware, and application software.
Drive key technical decisions, architectural trade-offs, and long-term roadmap.
Develop and integrate middleware and application-layer components, including multi-threaded and real-time logic.

* Definition and design of the system architecture for an interceptor missile: sub-systems including the seeker, rocket engine, navigation and control systems, interface design, performance envelope definition, trials, and reliability tests.

We are looking for an Expert Deep Learning Research Engineer who will both drive independent deep learning research and collaborate closely with other developers to help unlock new directions, solve complex challenges, and elevate the teams algorithmic capabilities.

Conduct hands-on research and development of deep learning algorithms for road understanding, drivable area detection, and scene structure modeling
Lead exploratory investigations into new architectures, training strategies, and data utilization methods

End-to-end ownership of the interceptor's seeker, the eyes of the missile. You'll lead it from initial requirements and architecture through detailed design, integration, qualification, and transfer to production. The seeker is one of the most performance-critical subsystems on the missile; this role calls for someone who can drive trade studies across sensors, signal processing, and integration constraints, and who is equally comfortable with a whiteboard, a lab bench, and a production line. Responsibilities:
Requirements & Architecture: Define seeker-level requirements derived from system -level needs (range, accuracy, environment, jam resistance, SWaP). Lead architecture trade studies across sensor modalities ( RF / EO / IR / multi-mode), signal chain, and processing topology. Design Ownership: Own the design of the seeker subsystem end-to-end, sensors, RF /optical Front-End, signal processing, tracking algorithms, and onboard processing. Integration: Manage interfaces with the rest of the missile, electronics, GNC, control, mechanical, and with the ground station for target handoff. Write and maintain the seeker ICD. Lab & Field Testing: Plan and execute lab characterization, hardware-in-the-loop tests, and field/flight trials. Lead post- TEST data analysis and feed findings back into design iterations. Production Transfer: Drive the seeker through qualification (MIL- STD environments) and into production, DFM/DFA, TEST plans (ATPs), supplier coordination, and acceptance criteria. Cross-functional leadership: Work alongside the system Engineering, Software, Mechanical, and Electronics teams; technically authoritative on seeker matters.

Hands-on navigation engineering for the interceptor system. You'll develop, implement, and validate navigation and estimation algorithms, working with real sensor data and taking algorithms from concept through Real-Time implementation. Reports to the GNC Lead, with deep ownership over the modules you build. This role is a fit for engineers with strong navigation, sensor-fusion, and state-estimation foundations, and the appetite to apply those skills to broader engineering problems beyond pure navigation.
Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement navigation algorithms for Real-Time systems.
* Work with sensors such as IMU, GNSS, radar, and other relevant sensors.
* Design estimation and sensor-fusion solutions.
* Analyse simulation and field data to improve algorithm performance.
* Support the full algorithm lifecycle, from requirements and simulation through implementation and testing.
* Apply estimation and data -fusion skills to domains beyond navigation when needed.
* Collaborate with software, Embedded, systems, and hardware teams.
