Key Responsibilities:
* Integrated Transition Management: Own the end-to-end transition plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path management from preparation to stabilization.
* Knowledge Transfer & Documentation: Lead the transfer of process knowledge to the BPO provider, ensuring all work instructions, process maps, and country-specific exceptions are accurately documented and reviewed.
* Cutover & Go-Live Governance: Define the cutover approach, manage readiness checklists, lead the "War Room" structure, and oversee daily decision-making during critical go-live periods.
* Systems & Data Readiness: Coordinate with IT and master data owners to ensure system access, ERP interfaces (SAP B1/ECC), and data migration (GL, vendors, customers) are ready for service takeover.
