Were looking for an experienced & talented IT Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer to join our IT department and be responsible for our IT and Cloud Corporate Infrastructure. Youll be suggesting, implementing and deploying new IT solutions together with improving existing processes and maintaining our IT infrastructure, assuring that all of our systems are in optimal condition, providing the best service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for requests from the field, related to our global corporate on-premise and cloud infrastructure. This includes servers, storage appliances, active network equipment, firewalls, cloud services, cloud automations, CI/CD and other initiatives.
Design and oversee the integration of core services and platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud and Workspace, Okta, Cloud Backups, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway, Cloud-based EDR and other cutting-edge technologies.
Spearhead the strategy, implementation, and governance of GenAI tools and platforms across the company, focusing on process improvement, building internal AI agents, and driving organizational AI transformation.
Lead the architectural design and deployment of scalable, reliable, and secure corporate infrastructure, emphasizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to manage on-premise and cloud environments.
Define network policies and procedures, including design, planning network new communication systems and monitoring to allow high quality service for our global offices.
Collaborating with our security team to implement technology and security policies, safeguarding our systems and data from potential threats.

Main roles and responsibilities:

Provide help desk support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot problems, document solutions, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Monitor the performance and availability of our key IT platforms, including Azure Active Directory, Okta, and network infrastructure. Perform routine maintenance tasks, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to prevent disruptions.

Managing our network infrastructure and its security around our office locations, both on-site and remotely.

Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Manage the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of IT software and equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.). Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices.

Collaborate with other IT team members and other departments to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with operational ownership and excellent service orientation. The ideal candidate has experience managing IT infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, SaaS administration, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment.

This role will serve as the primary owner of internal IT operations and partner closely with Security, HR, Facilities, external vendors, and our counterparts at Element, our parent company, to ensure alignment across shared systems, infrastructure, and IT initiatives.

Responsibilities
IT Operations & Support
Own internal IT operations and employee technical support globally
Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, endpoint provisioning, and access management
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, connectivity, and infrastructure issues
Establish and improve IT processes, documentation, and support workflows
Network & Infrastructure Management
Manage office network infrastructure, wireless environments, VPN connectivity, and related vendors
Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and reliability issues across office and remote environments
Partner with external providers on network architecture, escalations, and ongoing optimization
Support SaaS platforms, identity/access systems, and cloud-managed infrastructure
Endpoint Management
Administer MDM and endpoint management platforms (e.g. Kandji)
Partner closely with Security team on endpoint compliance, VPN/SASE solutions, device security, and access controls
Help implement and maintain IT security best practices and operational policies
Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration
Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
Work closely with IT and Security stakeholders at Element to coordinate shared infrastructure, policies, escalations, and support processes
Lead IT improvement initiatives and infrastructure projects
Drive operational maturity, scalability, and reliability across the IT environment

We are looking for a Lab Administrator to join our DevOps & Infrastructure team, working alongside our Lab Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our lab environment. This is a hands-on role suited for a technically curious, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in keeping systems organized, reliable, and well-documented.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the company's lab environment - including temperature, humidity, and other environmental parameters - and proactively raise flags when thresholds are exceeded.
Manage the warehouse of devices and components, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and timely availability of parts.
Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes for in-house developed devices, coordinating with relevant teams through resolution.
Perform rack and stack operations, cable management, and connectivity setup per infrastructure requests.
Manage and maintain supporting virtual machines running Linux, including basic configuration and troubleshooting.
Onboard new lab devices and perform ongoing hardware maintenance.
Maintain and update the inventory system with accurate records of devices, parts, and connectivity.
