our company's Secrets Manager DevOps team consists of coders who enjoy a challenge and are responsible for planning, developing, and implementing our company Secrets Manager's infrastructure and application development life cycle.
The DevOps team collaborates with developers and works with PM to deliver new capabilities and continuously improve the services' robustness, availability, and quality.
We are looking for an outstanding DevOps Engineer with an "automation first" mindset who is passionate about continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies and best practices, performance, stability, and security.
Responsibilities:
As part of your role, you will design, implement, and deploy products and infrastructures that will directly increase our stability and quality while reducing our time to market.
Have end-to-end ownership from individual development environments, SCM, Build/CI server, to our production system on AWS.
Design and manage Continuous Integration/Deployment Services (build, packaging and deployment)
Design, document, implement and maintain scripts to enhance current and future build and release processes
Incorporate new development projects into existing build structures
Continually evaluate tools and technologies to improve the overall release process.

Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps/Infrastructure engineers, including 1:1s, career development, and performance feedback.
* Own the CI/CD pipeline strategy, driving faster, safer, and more reliable deployments across services.
* Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
* Lead the adoption and evolution of Kubernetes-based platforms and cloud-native microservices architectures.
* Drive observability and reliability practices: monitoring, alerting, logging, incident response, and on-call rotations.
* Define and enforce SLAs/SLOs, and lead root-cause analysis and postmortems for production incidents.
* Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience, build tooling, and reduce deployment friction.
* Own cloud cost, capacity planning, and infrastructure scaling decisions.
* Set technical roadmap and priorities for the DevOps function, in partnership with Engineering leadership.

Advantages:

* Certifications in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), and FinOps Practitioner.
* Experience with knowledge management or AI/ML-powered SaaS products.
