we are looking for a Experienced AI Software Engineer.
You are a Senior AI Software Engineer looking to join a GenAI Infrastructure team and build production-grade GenAI capabilities and the infrastructure behind them. You will be a hands-on engineer focused on AI agents, RAG pipelines, tool-calling workflows, backend services, data access layers, evaluation, observability, and reusable GenAI infrastructure used across product teams. You will not be focused solely on model research or prompt design. Instead, you will be a strong software engineer who can design, build, ship, and operate reliable AI-powered systems in production.
A Day In Your Life :
Build reusable infrastructure, SDKs, and internal frameworks for AI-powered product capabilities.
Design and implement AI agents, RAG flows, tool-calling workflows, and LLM orchestration pipelines.
Build production-grade GenAI services, APIs, and backend infrastructure.
Integrate LLM workflows with internal microservices, data platforms, vector search, and event-driven systems.
Design secure data-access patterns that enforce authorization, tenant separation, and user-level scope.
Implement evaluation, tracing, monitoring, and quality-control mechanisms for GenAI systems.
Improve latency, reliability, fallback behavior, cost efficiency, and production readiness.
Work on customer-facing AI experiences, including conversational and proactive agentic product flows.
Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and domain experts.

Required MI Software Principal Architect
Job Description Summary
As the Molecular Imaging (MI) Principal Architect, you will lead the software architectural vision and execution for MI PET and SPECT systems. This role is pivotal in shaping the software architecture that powers MI products, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and clinically impactful. You will collaborate across engineering, systems, and clinical teams to deliver differentiated solutions that advance diagnostic precision and operational efficiency in nuclear medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Leadership & Execution:
Own and drive technical architecture discussions across MI software subsystems and products.
Define and evolve the architecture for MI software platforms, balancing legacy integration with modern design principles.
Develop and maintain architectural roadmaps aligned with MI product strategy and clinical needs.
Ensure software architectural decisions are translated into implementable designs and consistently realized across development teams.
Review and approve critical design decisions and system-level tradeoffs.
Participate in architecture governance and ensure compliance with design controls and regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 62304).
Technology Strategy & Innovation:
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into MI software solutions.
Drive software modernization efforts.
Collaborate with the Imaging Architect Office and MI systems teams to define the long-term technology runway for PET/SPECT modalities.
Lead the design, implementation, and governance of safe, compliant agentic AI use across the organizations software development life cycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with MI systems engineering, clinical applications, and hardware teams to ensure cohesive system-level architecture.
Guide early-stage stakeholder engagement and support integration with legacy and future-state systems.
Influence and align global teams on architectural direction and technical standards.
Operational & Business Acumen:
Ensure architectural decisions support operational stability, serviceability, and lifecycle cost optimization.
Translate architectural strategies into measurable business and clinical outcomes, and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Support capital and operational planning through informed technology choices and risk assessments.
Mentorship & Talent Development:
Mentor staff and engineers within the MI software team, fostering architectural depth and leadership growth.
Contribute to the development of the technical career path and talent pipeline within the MI organization.

You'll work end-to-end: agent design, tool implementation, retrieval quality, integration into existing product UIs, cloud infrastructure, and evaluation/observability. The platform already ships to customers - you'll extend it, raise its quality bar, and help define where it goes next.

What you'll do

Design and evolve agents - build LLM agents with tool use, routing, and human-in-the-loop flows.
Implement tools and integrations - expose product capabilities to the agent, with multi-tenant context, via internal APIs and MCP servers.
Own retrieval quality - contribute to our RAG pipeline end-to-end: ingestion, embeddings, vector search, and reranking.
Define and evolve host integration contracts - collaborate with host application teams to integrate the assistant into product UIs built on different frontend stacks. You own the shared remote module and the integration API; host teams own their stacks.
Drive evaluation-led development - write evaluators (rule-based, LLM-as-judge, multi-turn), maintain CI eval gates, and use traces and feedback to debug production behavior.
Operate the platform - own deployments, observability, and the performance and cost of LLM-backed services.
Establish engineering practices** for AI-specific work: prompt versioning, eval coverage, testing, and code review.

You will join the Deployment Platform team, which puts technology directly in the hands of customers, field technicians, and partners. As an AI-Native mobile engineer, your primary development framework is Flutter (with native iOS and Android used when needed), building the mobile application central to field deployment. You are also comfortable across the full stack to ensure end-to-end feature delivery. Most importantly, you will shape the next generation of agentic installation experiences that define how industrial AI reaches the factory floor. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of mobile, IoT, and AI.
A Day In Your Life:
Design, build, and maintain high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using the core Flutter/Dart stack.
Lead the design and shipment of agentic-first workflows for guided installation, leveraging LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Gemini) to assist technicians and automate decision-making in the field.
Implement complex IoT/Hardware integration features, including NFC provisioning, AR field tools, and indoor positioning/navigation.
Contribute to backend and frontend services/APIs to ensure seamless, end-to-end feature delivery.
Architect and maintain a scalable, modular monorepo, ensuring robustness through strong state management (BLoC/RxDart) and comprehensive test coverage.
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver exceptional UI/UX, including adaptive and RTL-aware layouts.
