We are looking for a strategic, customer-driven Product Manager to lead the success of a product or product portfolio-from shaping vision and roadmap to execution and business performance.
In this role, you will define and drive product strategy, oversee development, and ensure strong alignment with customer needs and business objectives. You will act as a central point of coordination across cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that create value and drive growth.
What Youll Do:
Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and direct customer engagement to inform product strategy
Translate insights into well-defined product requirements (MRD/PRD) and a compelling value proposition
Own prioritization and roadmap decisions, balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
Partner closely with R&D to guide development and manage trade-offs throughout the product lifecycle
Lead product launches end-to-end in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
Monitor product performance (pricing, volumes, margins) and provide forecasts and actionable insights
Continuously refine product direction based on market dynamics and customer feedback
Represent the product in customer interactions, strategic discussions, and industry events.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field
7+ years of experience in product management or similar roles with multidisciplinary products
Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing and presenting data
Proven ability to define product strategy and translate it into execution
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including public speaking
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively in a global matrix environment
Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate with minimal direction
High energy, strong prioritization skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Nice to Have:
Background in strategic sales / outbound or customer-facing roles
Experience with hardware + software integrated products
MBA - advantage.
