Responsible for the full management of the commercial aspects of the products, including strategy, budgeting, business planning, and performance tracking to ensure targets are met. Works closely with overseas partners and demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the field and key opinion leaders (KOLs). The role combines working in the field and office, and cross country and overseas travel when necessary.
Responsibilities:
* Build strategic business marketing plan and execute it.
* Market analysis and working with physicians, specialists and KOL's.
* Work according to planned objectives, quality, and quantity.
* Prepare & execute a budget plan.
* Arrange creative activities within budget specifications.
* Manage designated territory, establish and maintain customers and HCPs in the area.
* Implement marketing policy and prepare marketing material (prepare presentations, flyers, manuals etc) and get the relevant regulatory approvals according to the supplier's requirement.
* Working together with a medical manager and presenting relevant marketing and clinical information to the team
* Create and manage field communication materials, including CLMs, brochures, key messages, and objection-handling tools for the sales team.
* Working in collaboration with colleagues and officials within the team and the company and with external service providers for the administrative handling of product needs
* Ability to independently handle scientific material, Prepare articles for team meetings.
* Ability to articulate for publicity.
* Troubleshoot, and objection handling.
* Work in accordance with the company code of ethics and guidelines laid down by the regulatory department.
* Business meetings with overseas partners, training sessions, conferences, etc
* Participation in conferences in Israel and abroad.

Requirements: Required education and experience
* Bachelors degree in natural or life sciences, Medicine, nursing, pharmaceutical, Dietitian.
* Masters degree in business - advantage.
* 2-3 years of work experience as a Product Manager in an international company.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Fluent in English Required qualification
