The Chip Test Engineer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automated test for IC chips and systems for Automotive industry. The Test Engineer is responsible to define and develop tests, design test features, program test scripts, and analyze test results to ensure the quality and functionality of products. The Test Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve test processes, and support product development efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for ATE systems to ensure comprehensive testing of ICs.
Design and develop test features, test programs, and test scripts for automated test environment (ATE) based on product specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with design engineers, product manager, production vendors and manufacturing teams to understand product functionality, performance requirements, and testability considerations.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies for test development and implementation.
Develop test program based on code languages C++ ,Java and Python.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with ATE hardware, software, and test scripts to ensure reliable and accurate test results.
Analyze test data and results to identify trends, anomalies, and potential defects, and provide feedback to design and development teams for product improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation for test procedures, specifications, and configurations.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and select ATE equipment, components, and software tools that meet project requirements and performance standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in test technologies, and best practices in automated testing to drive continuous improvement in test processes and methodologies.

Required Senior NPI to Mass Production Engineer
As an NPI to Mass production Engineer, you'll work in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary group, highly involved on products engineering design from early stages, develop and qualify solutions in a manufacturing environment, including review and support our global CEM production capabilities, quality, and readiness to Mass production. Ensure excellent standards of manufacturability, yield improvement, and advanced process controls. Collaborate with our greatest teams to maintain strong functional relationship to meet our team requirements and delivery schedules (SOL).
What you'll be doing:
Lead products transition from NPI to MP. Assure products are at highest quality, capacity and material availability readiness when moving to MP. Find opportunities for potential processes improvements and collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement.
You will be working concurrently with our phenomenal NPI and engineering teams on production processes, products design, and readiness to MP.
Working with our worldwide CEMs to ensure excellent standards of manufacturability. Assure CEM production capabilities and readiness on early product stages driven by company forecast requirements. Assure CM high performance execution for products under our team responsibility.
Be our excellent team key part of new products designs and processes. Represent mass production requirements and contract manufacture capabilities.

We are looking for a hands-on NPI & Quality Engineer to own and lead New Product Introduction activities while ensuring product quality across production and deployment.
This role serves as a key bridge between R&D, Operations, QA, and Production, supporting smooth product launches and high operational standards, and requires on-site presence at the production facility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead NPI processes from development to production readiness
Own QA activities related to new and existing products
Be present at the production site to oversee and control quality operations and manufacturing activities
Act as the main interface between R&D and Operations
Manage and control NPI documentation and processes, including TN (Technical Notes), waivers, deviations, and ECO/ECRs
Support production, QA, and manufacturing ramp-up activities
Define, implement, and improve quality processes, inspections, and acceptance criteria
Identify risks, gaps, and process improvements during product introduction
Ensure full documentation, procedures, and handover are production-ready.

We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Engineer in the field of Mobile Satellite Communications (SATCOM) antenna system growing business line to work alongside our passionate sales team for Land, Maritime and Airborne applications. You will be required to conduct meetings with our prospects and customers, draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of company products, manage, and write winning proposals including detailed block diagrams and key features.
To ensure success, you should have in-depth knowledge of complex systems that includes mechanics, software, electronics and RF, and high-level communications and writing skills in English and Hebrew.
The ability to understand customer requirements, determine the best solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition of those solutions are critical skills.
This is a key position that will bare impact on the companys growth and ability to do business.

Responsibilities:
Solutions Engineer is subject matter experts (SME) with specialized technology experience in complex systems, which involves mechanics, electronics, software and RF.
The processes of preparation of all assigned proposals, from requirement analysis and Bid-No-Bid processes, through solution/offering concept, proposal integration and write-up, and up to completion of the proposal documentation, risk analysis, competition analysis, costing and presentation to the customer.
Work closely with technical specialists, product managers, subcontractors / potential 3rd party solution partners, sales, finance, R&D, operations, executive team and with other company team members.
Ensure that the proposal conforms to the requirements, instructions, evaluation criteria and the SOW.
Develop and maintain proposal generation processes and tools, as well as proposal templates.
The Solutions Engineer must be well-versed in the selling companys portfolio of products and services and keep up with new technologies entering the market.
Provides coaching and professional development to the sales team member associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Perform Link Budget Analysis

This role is responsible for leading manufacturing engineering and production planning activities, ensuring production continuity, accurate planning, and efficient execution across the organization.

Lead NPI and transfer from R D to production
Define testing procedures and support product validation
Ensure compliance with standards and certifications
Support process improvements and root cause analysis

Production Planning and Resource Management:

Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Sales
Monitor inventory, material readiness, and production continuity
Maintain accurate data in the Priority ERP system
