A fast-growing tech startup in the Sharon area is looking for a Procurement Specialist to take ownership of the full procurement and inventory flow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end procurement and purchase orders
Managing local and international suppliers and vendors

Were looking for a hands-on Procurement to take full ownership of sourcing, purchasing, and operational logistics across the company. This role is critical to keeping our engineering and deployment teams moving fast by ensuring the right equipment is available at the right time, cost, and quality.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management
Negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and lead times

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

Vendor Management: Identify, audit, and manage global suppliers for electronics (PCBA), mechanics, and plastics.
Negotiation & Contracting: Lead commercial negotiations to reduce COGS, improve payment terms, and secure long-term Framework Agreements (MSA).
NPI & Engineering Interface: Work closely with R&D during New Product Introduction (NPI) to source components that meet technical and budgetary requirements.
Shortage & Risk Management: Proactively manage the supply chain to mitigate risks associated with component shortages, long lead times, and EOL (End of Life) parts.Global Deliveries

3. Global Sample Management & Service Levels
Process Ownership: Lead the end-to-end global samples process, ensuring that samples reach global customers efficiently and meet defined Service Level (SL) targets.
Stakeholder Interface: Act as the "Supply Chain Partner" for Sales and Customer Experience (CXT), streamlining communication and removing bottlenecks in the sample flow.
