*Identify gaps and risks and drive corrective actions to closure with EMS functions.
*Coordinate and lead resolution of cross-functional issues together with internal teams, including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain etc. Required Skills & Experience:
*Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Business Administration.
*Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in an EMS company.
*Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an OEM company as an EMS Project Manager or Planner, with proven experience in production planning, forecasting, and supply execution control (advantage: EMS outside Israel).
*Excellent English, written and spoken.
*Strong assertiveness with the ability to influence without formal authority.
*High execution orientation, strong problem-solving skills, and ownership mindset.
*Willingness and availability for frequent business travel to Asia.
