Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers while maintaining a hands-on technical role.
* Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
* Drive DevOps culture, methodologies, and best practices across projects and teams.
* Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure deployment processes.
* Support development and integration teams throughout release and deployment cycles.
* Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and configuration management processes.
* Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with engineering, security, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements: * 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
* 3+ years of experience leading and managing DevOps teams of 5+ engineers.
* Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.
* Strong experience with Git-based source control and configuration management.
* Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash.
* Experience working with Linux and Windows environments.
* Hands-on experience with Docker containers.
* Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
* Experience working with Helm.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advantages

* Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and secure software delivery.
