Responsibilities
Build and contribute to backend projects, from functional specifications through development and deployment.
Develop and maintain cloud-native, microservices-based architectures and distributed systems on AWS.
Work with a variety of data storage technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, DevOps, Frontend, and local and offshore engineering teams.
Actively leverage AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI coding assistants to accelerate development and improve engineering productivity.
Build reusable AI sub-agents, skills, and templates to streamline development workflows.
Main Tech Stack: Python, .NET Core, AWS, DynamoDB, SQL Server, and more.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in backend development, with hands-on experience building and delivering production-ready features.
Experience with microservices architecture.
Strong AI obsession - hands-on experience using AI tools or building AI-powered solutions, with a constant drive to explore, learn, and apply AI in real-world environments.
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS, CI\CD processes and experience working with DevOps/SRE teams.
Ability to work independently, while collaborating effectively with multiple engineering teams.
Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and a team-oriented approach - a must.
