We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our platform management team. This team is responsible for the development, scaling, and maintenance of our core platform, which serves as the backbone for our product offerings.

Youll work on backend technologies, designing and implementing features that drive our platforms growth, stability, performance and intelligence.

In this role, you will also help drive the integration of modern AI capabilities into our platform, including working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-driven workflows, and emerging paradigms such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Key Responsibilities
Lead, design and build highly scalable and high-quality web applications by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes
Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks to enable structured interactions between systems and AI models
Raise the bar on engineering excellence by improving standard methodologies, producing best in class of code, documentation, testing, and monitoring
Identifying and resolving technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product managers, DevOps, and Support) to ensure smooth feature releases and platform stability
Stay up to date with emerging technologies in backend engineering and AI/LLM ecosystems, and drive their adoption where relevant.

In this role, you will operate with a cross-team perspective, looking beyond individual features to oversee entire systems, their integrations, and the department's long-term technical roadmap. You are a master at navigating ambiguity, taking high-level business goals and translating them into robust, scalable architectural solutions.

Specifically, your focus will be to:

Drive Strategic Architecture: Act as the "Technical Right Hand" to senior leadership of TI, providing the insights and technical strategy needed to make critical business decisions.

Solve High-Ambiguity Problems: Lead the discovery and execution of complex, unique technical challenges that lack a clear roadmap, ensuring they are resolved with long-term stability in mind.

Establish Engineering Excellence: Shape the engineering culture by setting gold standards for code quality, CI/CD processes, and testing frameworks. You will be responsible for authoring comprehensive Design Docs that streamline development and prevent costly architectural mistakes across the organization.

Mentor and Scale Talent: Act as a dedicated mentor to Senior Engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.

Bridge the Gap: Align technical execution with product vision, ensuring our engineering efforts are always moving the needle for our customers.

Were looking for a Senior Software Developer who combines strong technical skills with product intuition and a sense of ownership. Youll work across the stack - from infrastructure to backend services and intuitive UI/UX - building scalable, high-impact systems that shape how organizations secure their AI.
What youll do
Own and run major features and subsystems end-to-end - youll take ideas from concept to production and beyond (monitoring, iteration, refinement).
Work across the full stack: infrastructure, platform, backend services, APIs, and UI/UX. Youll be comfortable shifting between how do we deploy this reliably to how does the user experience this.
Drive team culture of ownership, craftsmanship, iteration and delivery: were not just about shipping features but owning the outcome, learning fast, and improving continuously.
Mentor and support other engineers: bring in the best practices of maintainability, scalability, reliability, and product thinking.
