A security classification is required for this position. Candidates with a valid, existing security classification are preferred.

This role can be based Airport City, Israel. Hybrid working is available, but you must be willing to travel to our customer sites.

Lead operational execution of project plans, translating scope into actionable work packages and delegating tasks to the right people at the right time
Drive project planning, control, and risk management while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and customer requirements
Communicate project status, progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, keeping all parties aligned and informed
Manage project finances including budgeting, capital allocation, and cost tracking to ensure delivery within agreed financial parameters
Build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders, creating options and finding efficiencies that drive smooth project execution
Serve as the project authority throughout the entire lifecycle, providing expert guidance and support from design through post-production.

Demonstrated experience successfully managing and delivering IT projects, ideally with PLM background
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and connect with people at all levels through credibility and trust
Proactive, dynamic approach to problem-solving and project challenges
Proficiency in classic project management disciplines: resource planning, budget allocation, tracking, reporting, and expectation management
Ability to thrive in both independent and team settings, with strong organizational and time management capabilities
Comfort with travel when needed to engage with customers and support project delivery
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
