The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact at the campus, responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience to employees, visitors, and external stakeholders while supporting daily operations. The role includes managing the reception area, coordinating visitors, handling employee requests, overseeing deliveries and communications, and ensuring security and compliance procedures are followed. Additionally, the position supports company events and new employee onboarding, working closely with HR, IT, and security teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

* Previous experience in front desk / administrative / service roles - advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Hebrew - native level; English - strong proficiency
