We are looking for a driven, customer-facing Presales Systems Engineer to support our growing our Networking business in Israel. This is an exciting opportunity for a networking professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, business insight, and strong communication skills to help customers solve real-world challenges.
In this role, you will partner with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to design, position, and demonstrate modern networking solutions across the HPE Networking portfolio, including technologies from Aruba and Juniper Networks. Your primary focus will be SMB and mid-market customers, with the opportunity to expand your impact and collaborate more broadly across the commercial segment as you grow in the role.

What Youll Do
Partner with account managers and channel partners to identify customer needs and align technical solutions to business outcomes.
Support SMB and mid-market opportunities across Israel, while helping create pathways into larger commercial opportunities over time.
Design and position end-to-end networking solutions across campus, branch, wireless, switching, network access control, security, and cloud-managed networking.
Deliver engaging customer presentations, technical workshops, whiteboarding sessions, demonstrations, and discovery conversations in both Hebrew and English.
Support proof-of-concept (POC) to validate solution fit and business value.
Design architectures, bill of materials, and proposals aligned to customer requirements.
Respond to technical portions of customer requests including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
Articulate our Networking differentiation clearly against competitors.
Help grow pipeline by identifying expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, IT teams, and decision-makers.
Support partner enablement activities including training, demos, and technical guidance.
Continuously build expertise across the combined HPE Networking portfolio and stay current on market trends, competitive moves, and emerging technologies.

What You Bring:
Experience in a presales, systems engineering, network consulting, or customer-facing technical role.
Strong background in networking infrastructure.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for customers and partners.
Experience delivering customer presentations, demos, technical design discussions, and solution recommendations.
Comfort working independently in a remote setting while collaborating with virtual teams.
Strong relationship-building, listening, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Hebrew and English, with confidence presenting and writing in both languages.
Ability to travel on site within the defined territory for customer and partner meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience in networking, presales, or related technical customer-facing roles.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with technologies across the HPE Aruba and/or Juniper portfolio.
Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Wireless LAN / Campus switching / Routing / NAC / policy enforcement / Security / AI-driven operations / Cloud-based network management.
Relevant certifications from HPE, Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, or similar vendors.
