Requirements:
BA/B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or another quantitative knowledge
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a B2B environment
Familiarity with databases, APIs, and data-driven analysis
Familiarity with Data and BI tools like Snowflake, Databricks, PowerBI
Experience with AI tools
Proven experience working with global enterprise customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in NPI, QA, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations Engineering
Experience working with hardware products
Strong understanding of production, QA, and product lifecycle
Hands-on experience with TN, waivers, deviations, ECO/ECR processes
Experience with quality standards, testing, and root-cause analysis
Willingness to work on-site at the production facility as required

Requirements:
Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead global manufacturing setup projects and support the transition from development to scalable production.
This is a highly hands-on role focused on establishing production lines, building operational infrastructure, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving knowledge transfer between HQ and international manufacturing sites.
Significant travel & extended stays abroad Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end manufacturing setup projects, from planning through ramp-up and stabilization
Manage operational, logistical, and technical activities on-site
Drive knowledge transfer, onboarding, and training for local teams
Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and milestones
Work closely with operations, NPI, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance teams
Support local hiring and development of operational teams abroad
Ensure smooth communication and alignment between global sites and HQ

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of industry standard CAD & FEA design tools, industry trends, and design for manufacturability.
- 8+ years of experience as a Mechanical and/or Thermal design engineer in the electronics industry.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in leading CAD software (Siemens NX, Inventor, or Creo) and experienced with ECAD-MCAD collaboration tools.
- Proficient in mechanical drawings, GD&T, and tolerance-analysis methods.
- Strong knowledge in industry standards - Ethernet, PCIe, OCP, JDEC.
- Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards and testing equipment.
- Proven experience designing products for ML/HPC and data center applications.
- Experience with design and testing of liquid cooling solutions, from cold plate to rack level manifolds.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Approximately 7 years of software development experience, including 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple teams in an enterprise environment.
Experience with complex Web & Mobile systems.
Advantage for candidates with prior experience in Mobile development (Xamarin or HO).
Experience with Web technologies (Angular, .NET) and DBA/SQL is also an advantage.
Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, Microservices, and APIs.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to translate business needs into technological solutions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Availability for occasional non-standard hours.
