A strategic leader with a proven ability to drive execution and foster alignment across complex R&D organizations. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief R&D Officer and R&D leadership, participating in key management and execution forums to promote progress, alignment, and effective delivery.

What you will do
Drive execution and alignment of complex R&D initiatives through collaboration with domain owners.
Ensure follow-through and closure of key R&D initiatives.
Participate and facilitate R&D planning, prioritization, and execution forums
Lead the development and betterment of R&D processes and support their execution.
Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps, and facilitate resolution through cross-functional coordination.
Serve as a focal point for Defense-related R&D activities.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in R&D or engineering organizations, including senior leadership roles.
Strong technical background.
Experience driving execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Background in satellite communications / telecom / networking systems - advantage.
Experience operating in global, matrix organizations.
Strong execution and delivery mindset.
Broad system-level perspective.
High ownership and accountability, without reliance on formal authority.
Clear, concise communicator with strong leadership presence.
Comfortable operating through interfaces in complex, fast-changing environments.
