We are a leading defense company developing and manufacturing life-saving radar systems, is seeking a Subcontractor Manager for its manufacturing facility in Beit Shean.
Overall responsibility for the management, coordination, and control of subcontractor activities around the world, including leading planning, engagement, execution, and continuous improvement processes. The role involves working with global suppliers, managing multiple internal interfaces, and ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of global subcontractors Leading subcontractor onboarding, qualification, and engagement processes Building and managing work plans and resource planning Monitoring and controlling performance: quality and deliveries Risk management and identification of gaps within the supply chain Leading improvement and efficiency processes with subcontractors Ongoing collaboration with internal interfaces: Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics Managing and leading reports, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making.

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking a Global Planning Director to lead end-to-end planning activities across the organization, based at the Beit Shean manufacturing site. The role includes close collaboration with global “Home Markets” and replaces the current Director. Key Responsibilities
* Lead global planning: demand, production plan , material planning, capacity plan and inventory.
* Drive S&OP / MPS and align demand with capacity
* Interface with international “Home Markets” stakeholders
* Optimize material allocation, production array, capacity and inventory management
* Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement
* Oversight, synchronize and develop the company worldwide planning teams Key Interfaces
