We are seeking a Global Project Manager to join our growing team. The position includes leading the operational and professional interface between the company’s global sites, with responsibility for coordinating ongoing activities, managing cross-organizational plans and processes, identifying gaps, and driving solutions to ensure business requirements are met, operational continuity is maintained, and continuous improvement is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate ongoing activities with global sites.
* Lead S&OP / S&OE processes, including coordination across all relevant interfaces and driving decision-making.
* Manage Material Allocation plans and Inter-site Shipping Plans.
* Own Capacity Analysis globally, including resource utilization, identification of capacity constraints, and planning to ensure business requirements are met.
* Analyze operational gaps, provide management visibility, and lead corrective actions and Continuous Improvement processes.
* Lead professional discussions, track action items, and drive interfaces across local and global teams.
* Work cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality.
* Manage multiple interfaces in a global environment, including prioritization, problem-solving, and driving processes forward.

The role involves working with global suppliers, managing multiple internal interfaces, and ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule targets. Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of global subcontractors.
* Leading subcontractor onboarding, qualification, and engagement processes.
* Building and managing work plans and resource planning.
* Monitoring and controlling performance: quality and deliveries.
* Risk management and identification of gaps within the supply chain.
* Leading improvement and efficiency processes with subcontractors.
* Ongoing collaboration with internal interfaces: Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.
* Managing and leading reports, KPIs, and analyses to support decision-making.

The role is responsible for material movement, ensuring material availability for production lines, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
* Receive materials from the warehouse and verify them against transfer documentation.
* Organize and pick materials according to production schedules.
* Perform cycle count inventory audits.
* Issue BULK materials and maintain ongoing inventory control.
* Maintain order and organization within the production warehouse.
* Work closely with Production Planning (PP& C ) and Quality departments to manage material requests and resolve discrepancies.
* Perform daily work using the Priority ERP system.
