Responsibilities
Creating 2D animations for game characters and UI using Unity.
Creating game special effects using Unity.
Preparing textures in Photoshop, including arranging textures and creating additional sequences for building elements and effects in After Effects.
Creating high-quality promotional animations that effectively showcase characters, visual effects, and UI elements to drive audience engagement.
Creating and editing animation textures, such as particles and atlases.
Preparing animation materials for software implementation and taking ownership of the animation language in the game.
Completing animation tables for developers, specifying timings, easing, and parameter changes.
Collaborating closely with UI artists, Tech Artists and developers throughout the animation implementation process.

As an Motion in the Design Guild, you'll collaborate with our motion studio and design team to create high-end branded video campaigns and animated content. You'll work closely with designers, creative directors, and the creative technology department to bring animations to life for our products. In your day-to-day, you will:
Collaborate with the motion studio team to produce branded video campaigns and animated content
Partner with designers and creative directors to develop animatics and animations

To drive the scalable mass production of these assets, this position architects advanced procedural and AI-augmented workflows. Essential Function

Drive Commercial Asset Production: Creation of highly polished, photorealistic 3D product assets ensuring PBR standards for consumer-facing realism.
Architect Procedural Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain scalable procedural generation systems using Houdini or Blender Geometry Nodes to automate repetitive modeling and texturing tasks, driving the mass production of assets.
Innovate with Gen AI & Next-Gen Workflows: Actively research, test, and integrate Generative AI (Gen AI) models and cutting-edge technological approaches to accelerate production timelines, generate variations, and enhance overall pipeline efficiency.
Optimize for Real-Time VTO & AR: Format, convert, and rigorously profile 3D assets to meet the strict performance constraints, draw-call limits, and technical specifications required for seamless Virtual Try-On and Augmented Reality experiences.
Develop Custom Tools & Interoperability: Write custom scripts (e.g., Python, VEX) and establish standardized data pipelines (such as USD or glTF workflows) to bridge software gaps, eliminate bottlenecks, and empower the art team with custom-tailored tools.
Profile, Debug, and Troubleshoot: Act as the ultimate technical problem-solver by profiling real-time asset performance, optimizing complex material shaders, and resolving critical pipeline issues without degrading visual fidelity.

As a Technical Artist, youll work closely with our game design and development team to shape our production pipeline while creating innovative playable ads (responsive mini-games) that reach millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities
Use Cursor and other AI frameworks to animate and integrate 2D/3D assets and visual effects into playable ads, ensuring they are both beautiful and performant.
Build game mechanics and levels, focusing on the "juice" polish, feel, and visual feedback.
Design and optimize workflows for exporting assets from creative tools (Photoshop, Blender) into the playable pipeline.
Implement advanced optimization techniques (texture packing, draw call reduction, asset compression) to keep playables under strict 2MB-5MB limits.
