As a Business Analyst in our company Marketing, youll be a strategic partner, transforming data into impactful decisions that drive our North Star goal. In your day-to-day, you will:
Drive decision-making by defining initiatives, measuring impact, and providing proactive recommendations from deep-dive analyses
Research, define, and rigorously analyze key metrics, understanding root causes and ensuring valid, actionable measurement using statistical methods
Leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models to enhance data exploration, automate analysis, and accelerate insight generation
Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and experiments, guiding product and marketing strategy
Analyze complex user funnels and journeys to identify friction points and optimize paths for engagement and conversion
Pioneer automated tools and build advanced dashboards to empower stakeholders with actionable insights and foster a data-fluent culture

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis on large data sets, preferably from an online/tech company
Education in a field emphasizing quantitative analysis (such as industrial engineering, finance, statistics, economics, etc.)
Proficient in SQL - writing, optimizing, and managing complex queries
Hands-on experience with Python/R for advanced analysis, or leveraging AI/ML/LLMs for insights as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI - an advantage
Excellent visualization and presentation skills
Highly independent, proactive, and a fast learner, capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment and fostering cross-functional collaboration
Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical principles for effective experiment design, execution, and interpretation.

were looking for a Marketing & Growth Data Analyst to help shape how we grow. In this role, youll work closely with Marketing leaders and senior management to measure performance, run meaningful analyses, and influence decisions that drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role focuses on performance measurement, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling to inform strategy, budget allocation, and optimization decisions. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup environment, with real ownership, high impact, and strong exposure to leadership.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with Marketing leadership and top management on high-impact growth decisions.
Define, track, and evolve core Marketing & Growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback, etc.).
Build dashboards and recurring insights using Tableau, backed by Snowflake and dbt.
Analyze performance across multi-channel marketing efforts (paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships).
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments, from metric definition to insights.
Own and improve tracking and attribution frameworks to ensure reliable measurement.
Build and apply statistical and econometric models (e.g., MMM, regression, incrementality) using Python or R.

Requirements:
4+ of experience in analytics, business analysis, or data-focused roles, ideally supporting Marketing or Growth teams.
Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, real-world datasets.
Experience using Python or R for analysis and advanced statistical modeling.
Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal analysis (A/B testing, regression, incrementality, MMM).
Experience with tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, dbt, and Snowflake (or similar).
Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and marketing measurement.
Comfortable collaborating directly with senior stakeholders in a startup setting.
Curious, pragmatic, and motivated by real business impact.
A relevant academic degree (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering)
Experience working in multi-channel B2C or B2B2C environments - a plus.
Background in travel and/or personal fintech - a plus.
