What you'll be doing:
As part of a IC Packaging design team, you will collaborate to implement high speed and PDN design for ASIC packages.
Develop symbols, pad stack and perform substrate package routing, placement, stack-up, reference plane, power distribution using Cadence APD (Allegro) or SiP tools.
Optimize package pin out incorporating system level trade-offs of pins assignment.
Develop methodologies to improve layout environment, productivity, reliability, and schedule considerations.
In close co-operation with the SI/PI/HW design teams and product teams
Planning, ensuring stakeholder management and leading projects from start to finish.

What you'll be doing
Coordinate between all project collaborators such as Chip Design, Q&R, Architecture, ICPE, and others from initial fuse definition stage through product end-of-life, including release to mass production.
Own and manage all fuse CCB (Change Control Board) activities.
Collaborate closely with domain owners and stakeholders across various teams to gather and validate inputs required for product fuse configuration, ensuring alignment with overall project and product strategies.
Manage and coordinate configuration files and parameters for multiple products, maintaining accuracy, traceability, and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute hands-on to product execution activities by actively working on configuration management, including updates, troubleshooting, and validation of fuse-related configuration settings.
Support the integration of product fuse configurations into the overall product development, test, and manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth deployment and operational readiness across multiple product lines.

Our Networking unit is looking for a creative and independent Test Engineer to join our Post-Silicon Validation organization. You will play a pivotal role in bringing cutting-edge networking products (Switches, NICs, SmartNICs) from early design to production readiness. In this role, you will take full ownership of a product from its definition phase, working closely with Design and Architecture teams. You will define and execute Pre-Silicon validation plans using advanced emulation platforms such as Palladium and VTPsim. Post-silicon, you will be responsible for planning and managing bring-up, validation and product stabilization, leading the product towards Bring up and up to P-Rel stage.
What youll be doing:
Own the product lifecycle from definition to pre-launch.
Collaborate with Architecture, Design and Verification teams to define product validation strategies.
Execute Pre-Silicon tests using emulation tools (Palladium, VTPsim).
Define post-silicon validation plans and lead execution.
Write Test program code including new infrastructures and methodologies.
Drive product bring-up and stabilization toward Prel and production readiness.
Develop automated infrastructure to support program execution.
Coordinate cross-functional activities with DFT, Production, and Software teams.
