What you'll do:
As the Solution Regional Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of projects within your region. You will serve as the vital link between global strategy and regional execution, ensuring your team operates at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Regional Delivery & Operations: Oversee all our company projects in your region, end-to-end lifecycle from setup throughout maintenance. You will manage resource capacity, project allocations, and workloads to ensure seamless delivery, to drive impact through effective implementation, coordination, and delivery.
Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and grow your regional team of Solution Managers, fostering technical excellence, optimal team performance and a strong team culture. You will be responsible for the full talent lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding to professional development, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure Design & Quality Excellence: Maintain high standards across regional projects, ensuring adherence to our global design methods and quality benchmarks, track and report on regional performance metrics.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Own the regions performance metrics. Identify trends and opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance scalability, and strengthen the Solution Group processes for regional impact.
Partner Across the Business: Act as a primary point of contact for Account Executives and Managers, Customer Success, and Project Managers to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration across teams. You will work closely with the Group Lead and other Regional Leads to ensure global consistency.
Regional Expertise & Contribution: Bring your market knowledge to advocate for regional needs and provide insights, helping drive scalability and efficiency across the entire organization.
Lead by Example: Get hands-on in learning the company platform and methodologies - ensuring you can guide and support your team with deep technical and operational understanding.

Proven leadership in construction : 3+ years leading teams in construction / ConTech, with a track record of driving results and developing talent.
Construction experience: 7+ years of proven operational experience on construction projects, with deep knowledge of project delivery and construction processes.
Educational background: Engineering / Construction management or equivalent degree.
Communication & collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Great interpersonal skills; able to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences and build strong relationships and effective cross-functional collaboration across both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Organizational skills: Strong time management skills and ability to effectively manage priorities across multiple projects with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
Analytical Mindset & Tech-savvy: Ability to translate complex data and KPIs into actionable regional insights. You should be comfortable using dashboards to track performance and drive data-backed decisions. Comfortable with digital tools, MS Office, G Suite; knowledge of 3D software and BIM environments.
Process-Oriented: A commitment to following and improving global methodologies, with experience in training teams on new features, tools, and workflows.
