Optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, throughput, and cost efficiency
Monitor and control process stability using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies
Design and execute experiments (DOE) to understand process behavior and drive improvements
Lead root-cause investigations for process deviations, yield loss, and product failures
Collaborate with R D, quality, and production teams to transfer new processes into manufacturing
Develop, implement, and maintain process control strategies and best practices
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in real time to minimize downtime
Create and maintain detailed SOPs, technical documentation, and engineering reports
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, shifts, and optimization opportunities
Support global manufacturing sites, vendors, and partners up to 30% travl
Requirements: B.Sc. in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (M.Sc. is an advantage)
3-5 years of experience in process engineering (semiconductor, pharmaceuticals, chemical, or advanced manufacturing preferred)
Hands-on experience with SPC and DOE methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills using structured root-cause analysis tools (8D, Fishbone, 5-Why, or similar)
Ability to work with complex data and extract actionable insights
Strong technical communication skills in English
Experience investigating product failures and identifying process- or material-related defects
Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
