The SEO team leader will define and lead our SEO strategy to drive scalable organic growth across global markets for the core marketplace, with a strong focus on complex marketplace dynamics and US/global search opportunities. * Manage and lead the core SEO team, setting strategy and direction to improve organic search performance, AI-search discoverability, and measurable business outcomes across our marketplace.
* Own our SEO roadmap across technical SEO, on-site SEO, international SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization, ensuring the company is well-positioned for the future of search.
* Lead hands-on technical SEO initiatives at scale, including JavaScript SEO, crawlability, rendering, indexation, internal linking, structured data, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and technical migrations.
