we are seeking a Global Sales Director to lead the companys worldwide sales activities, drive expansion into new markets, and manage strategic accounts within the railway sector. Key Responsibilities
* Lead global sales activities across international markets
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, independently generating a strong pipeline and converting leads into closed deals.
* Manage and execute complex sales processes, including contracts and tenders
* Identify, recruit, and manage overseas agents and business partners
* Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and business travel engagements
* Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
* Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, product, engineering, and marketing teams
Requirements:

* 5+ years B2B international sales experience in startups - mandatory
* Strong technical orientation with multidisciplinary products
* Background in rail, safety systems, or smart transportation
* Fluent English; additional languages an advantage
* Familiarity with HubSpot CRM

The Head of Corporate Sales leads a team of sales professionals serving Israels Corporate/Mid‑Market customers. You will develop and execute customer‑centric strategies, accelerate cloud adoption, oversee end‑to‑end pipeline and forecasting, and deepen executive‑level relationships with key customers and partners.

This is a quota‑carrying leadership role with significant influence on the growth of SAP Israels cloud business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Partner Strategy

Build strategic account and partner plans aligned with customer outcomes.
Maintain senior executive relationships across customer and partner organizations.
Position SAPs cloud portfolio to address critical business challenges.
Cloud Revenue Growth

Lead net new name acquisition and expand SAPs presence within existing accounts.
Drive cloud renewals, retention, and consumption.
Manage pipeline, forecasting discipline, and account planning.
Leadership & Team Development

Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing sales team.
Drive a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Operational Excellence

Navigate complex procurement and RFx processes.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of B2B Corporate/Enterprise sales leadership.
Proven experience working with Mid‑Market / SMB organizations in Israel.
Strong track record engaging with C‑level executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO).
Demonstrated success in complex sales cycles, procurement, and RFx processes.
Experience with value‑based and Challenger‑style selling methodologies.
Advantage: familiarity with ERP, CRM, supply chain, or other IT business applications.
Proven success in winning net new name customer opportunities.
